The headband is part of the scalp, and you can adjust its color by adjusting the 'Scalp Materials/Textures/_DecalTex/OffsetX' slider.
When I was making this, I asked Google Gemini what material Faye's headband was made of, and it told me that Faye's headband is made from woolongs, since a bounty of 6,000,000 woolongs was placed on her head. After while, I refreshed the page and it changed its answer to a correct and boring one, apparently having learned that a bounty is not placed on one's head in the same way that a headband is. Anyway, I learned more about AI than about the headband.
I also made the rest of her outfit (except the red jacket) which should be coming up soon.
