Commercial Use Licence as of 1 August 2021

All Ame Kuma creations remain the property of the artist who created them.

Use of our artwork for personal and non-commercial use is a usual part of our patron's subscriptions. Have fun. 

All parts of the licence are applicable to commercial use our works.

This licence applies to active patrons with access to the product at the appropriate tier. 

To use our art as part of commercial adventures, modules, stories, supplements  or other like uses, the Ame Kuma watermark must be clearly visible in the bottom right hand corner of the map. A copy of the watermark is included with this post. Watermarked map files can, within reason, be provided to patrons of the tiers appropriate to the map on request (email amekumamaps@gmail.com). 

Commercial use of our products requires recognition of the work by crediting the work to "Ame Kuma maps"  and providing a link to: patreon.com/AmeKuma. The recognition must be in reasonable proximity to the product.

This licence does not allow for the maps to be sold individually or as part of a map pack or game resource pack. 

The licence does not allow for reproduction of the artworks in any form for commercial sale. Examples of this include but are not limited to posters, screensavers, memes, plates, coffee cups and clothing prints.  

Permission is given for use of our products as part of streaming services or videos for Youtube, Twitch or other similar services showing gameplay. Recognition of our products with a link to our Patreon page is required in the description of the video/stream.  Watermarking of maps is not required for video or streaming services showing gameplay.

Permission for use is not given for products to be used for political purposes. 

Permission for use is not given for offensive purposes. Yes there are many different ideas of what is offensive, if it is generally not nice, or is racist, bigoted or could be seen as hurtful to a group of people, permission for use is not given.
