How to vote on Youtube games:

Welcome, and thanks for joining the Patreon! I wanted to make an easy to reference post on how the voting works for the Youtube Playthrough.

1. I'll make a post here announcing that voting has started, Patreon will send an email as well

2. Click the link there, and vote on what games you'd like to see, you can vote for multiple, so choose any that you'd like!

3. After a few days to allow everyone to vote, the chosen playthrough will go live on the Youtube

4. A few days before that playthrough ends, I'll start a new vote, and the entire process starts anew!

FAQ:

What games make the list?

The list is chosen by people in the nominating tier, and I may add some of my own picks as well from time to time.

What's the deadline on voting?

Each post will have a deadline posted with it, as long as you get your vote in before the specified time, it will be counted.

How are votes weighted?

Different tiers don't have different weights. Everyone's vote counts for 1 on whichever games they pick.

Will these all be first-time playthroughs?

Depending on what people vote for, I may or may not have played the game before. I'll include if the playthrough will be blind or not in the vote.

How many video slots are user-voted?

For now just one, although this may change depending on the popularity. An important thing to keep in mind when voting is game length. The next user-voted series can't start until the old one ends, so if we have a 100 part series, it'll be a while before we have a new vote! If you want to vote for a 2nd slot, there is the Stream game votes in the next tier (or you can get access to this by just subbing on Twitch and joining the Discord.) Those games will be completed much faster since I'll be playing 3 hours every other day.

Will the videos be uploaded daily?

Yes, the Patreon chosen series will be uploaded daily, and also have priority over the other ones. So if I have a busy day and can only record a bit, the Patreon series comes first. Patreon series will also be more likely to get hour-long videos if I have the time, so we can get through even more games!

Will you record ahead on these?

Yes, I'll be ahead of the live videos by quite a bit on these by necessity. To keep up with the nominating/voting process I'll need to be a bit ahead to know when a game is about to end. This will also help with spoilers for older games and such though, so win-win! (Although it may take me a few episodes to realize a dumb mistake I make)
