SDA's Final Chapter: Thank You and Update Details

Hey Patrons!
Kerstyn and I have decided that it's time to conclude the Serana Dialogue Add-On (SDA) with one final, substantial update. When Kerstyn's hiatus ends at the start of next year, she'll record this update to provide a fitting farewell to the mod.
This journey with SDA has meant the world to us, and now it's time to close this chapter.
The final update (now retitled 5.0 for the occasion) will be significant. It will include Vigilant, Hearthfires Child Interactions, remaining vanilla Daedric quests, and follower banter expansions (Ashe, Celine, Daegon, etc.). A full, detailed list will be available in the Planned Content section of my website when it's ready.
We're also reopening custom content requests for SDA for a final, limited period! Submit your requests between now (April 15th) and June 30th. To have your custom additions included in 5.0, you need to be a Patron at the required tier for at least one month.
If you requested names for the 4.1.1 update (pre-hiatus), they'll be added soon. Any requests made between the start of the hiatus and now (April 15th) will automatically be included in V5.0.

Custom Content benefits will be suspended after June 30th. I plan to reintroduce them for Ashe after her public release (still scheduled for July). The future Aela Dialogue Add-On will also feature custom content options.
After Kerstyn returns from her hiatus and records the new voice files, I'll immediately share them with you. This time, I'll handle the splicing and keep you updated throughout the implementation process.

Aaaaah I'm just a couple days late :') Wish I'd joined your patreon earlier to request custom stuff. Although it saddens me to see it ending, I'm so down with your choice. Even when I took long breaks from Skyrim, I was always excited to see what new things you and the team had done with it when I (inevitably) came back for more. Serana was already easily the best vanilla companion in the game (though admittedly that's not the highest bar) and you all brought her to a completely different level that I would argue makes her one of the best, if not THE best, companions even in the modding community. It's always bittersweet to see something you've been following along with for so long come to an end, but it's been an amazing run, and I'm grateful to all of you for the years of effort and care you put into this project. Looking forward to the last update, and all the other projects you have in the works after Serana's story is finished!

2024-04-17 04:00:05 +0000 UTCWhile I'm sad to hear that one of my favorite Skyrim mods is reaching the end of its development, I am excited to see the mods you are bringing us in the future (also hopefully ES6 some year/decade). Congrats to Marty, Kerstyn, and Taylor for their hard work and dedication bringing a partially finished character by Bethesda to her full ptoential.

Not really like updates but just lines for those mods... Like a "where have you been" type of line with some fluff added in.

This mod means so much to me; it breathed in life to Serana, my favorite character in Skyrim, and I will be forever grateful to you and Kerstyn for this mod. I’m looking forward to seeing what you two will be cooking up next! You two helped make my experience in Skyrim become even better, and I’ll forever appreciate you two for that!

Also I swear you're the most amazing modder! WIth Aela Dialogue Addition being your next plan after Ashe is AMAZING! As Aela is by far my fav base game companion :D Serana beats her but back before Dawnguard came out I always made sure to have Aela along and I still love having her around these days. Super happy to hear your planning to work on her as the base game dialogue with her hints at all sorts of potential great stuff that the base game never really goes into :D
