Some feedback on the Drinking Buddies Feature

I get that this whole update thingy was kind of vague to be frank, as I never really explained it in detail- thus I don't like a lot of you knew what to expect, other than immersive tavern conversations with Serana.
So here is the feature and how I plan it to happen in-game, in more detail:
This quest has the player drink with the NPC (Serana) in either a tavern or player home.
- The starting topic dialogue is only conditioned to appear if player and Serana are in a tavern or player home.
- It would go something like, "You want to have a drink?"
- Serana then asks, "Mead, or wine?"
- Player can choose from "Alto Wine" or "Nord Mead".
-Two responses come out of it, one if the player has at least 1 of the specific item, and another response if the player doesn't have.
- "Good choice. Wine then" - something like this for wine
- "I don't think you have any wine on you though. Here- I'll give you one." -If the player doesn't have any. (Through a script, Serana also gives the player wine/beer, 1x in quantity)
- The response Serana says triggers the drinking quest and another dialogue topic. In this one, the player says something like "Cheers".
- Serana will perform a drinking animation via a scene (to signify Serana has had one drink)
-At this point, the player has the option of drinking more with Serana
- The player will then ask her, "Any thoughts on what's been going on lately?"
Serana gives responses on the current active quests, or the two have a quick role-play conversation (exclusively written for the Drinking Buddies context, and not available otherwise)
- After this, the "I'd like to have another" dialogue option would appear
- Serana's response will be, "Oh... so that's how it is then? Well, I wouldn't have any qualms with that. Finish what you have first, then we'll drink some more"
- The same thing as before will happen again, with Serana saying, "I do have something on my mind" then we continue to her What's On Your Mind responses.
- Serana's response to a third drink would be, "All right. Let's have one more."
- And for the third and final response, Serana asks the player, "So what do you want to talk about now?"
- This links to a new and separate dialogue branch, where the player can engage in some more role-play dialogue topics (these will be more extensive as this is the last conversation)
So, what do you guys think? Anything I should change or tweak?

I'm looking forward to this very much! I had a couple of thoughts, and I hope they may be of some use. It reminds me of an earlier Serana line where she says she has a high alcohol tolerance and finds it hard to get drunk, but keeps trying. Do your branches allow the player to watch / interact with Serana trying to get drunk? Does she get drunk? Do she and the player get drunk? Does her conversation get slurred? How would you manage interruptions? Mods like Immersive Wenches provide tavern wenches that interrupt the player to offer a drink and food. Other followers might interrupt (Sofia has no off switch). And NPCs are notorious for teleporting themselves into the player's face. Faye (Seductive Vampire mod) loves to stand right between player and interacting NPC. Many taverns have a poor layout for a sitting conversation. Those are the only things I can think of! Hope they are of interest.
