The more I kept going, the easier it got. The easier it got, the more confidence I had in keeping it going. Once I was able to see my body changing in response to how I kept pushing myself, I only got that much more excited to up my usual regimen. Each day Iβd try something a little bit longer, a little bit heavier. Sometimes it would work and sometimes Iβd fail, but Iβd come back tomorrow more determined to try it again.
