Are you sure, that Keira is now really very reluctant to move at all against her tight crotch rope? With all the clear tape over hr mouth you would possible not hear if she now softly groans under her whole arousal and how nervous she currently looks, I would almost believe, that she only so looks, whether you really have not notice anything of her arousal;-)
