I think you are right. Definitely a scythe, but that is a good suggestion on the rope or ribbon.

2022-11-16 16:13:19 +0000 UTCJan, I agree... when I rewatched a section of this earlier I thought to myself gosh, I use my finger a lot! That's why my gloves have become a must while working. A couple thoughts. 1.) this may be avoided if you use more brushes, I tend to clean my brush off in my paper towel a lot. But the same could be accomplished with a few clean and organized brushes while working. 2.) definitely test stuff, it's apparent in this series because we are working from a b&w picture but even if I was painting some flowers from life I usually lay something down and slightly alter it. I remix every note or calculation basically
