January down time.

Hi everyone,

How are we all? I hope you're 2024 has kicked off well and you're ready for another run around the sun!
Sorry for the radio silence so far, Our January has started off pretty busy, in a very adult and mind numbingly boring way.
There's been Insurance debacles, both van & pet to deal with, Income tax time (oh the joys), Amber's MOT to prep for (suspension stuff needs attention after the Sweden trip 😆) and of course Lance's recovery from his back injury.

Because of this and the lack of content I've decided to take January as down time, get everything sorted and start properly and refreshed when things are all green lit again.
As with last year's downtime all of your subscriptions will be Paused, there will be nothing taken on Feb 1st and it will only resume once I have some video's for you.
I know some of you rather I didn't do this but it's a blanket option to stop payments and I really don't feel comfortable letting things roll when I'm not holding up my end of our deal. This way I can fully focus on getting my shit together to start 2024 right.

Annual members - Your subscription will be extended 1 month.

Lance is doing really well, some days better than others but every day shows progress apart from one incident where he was a knob, didn't wait the 0.5 seconds for me to hop out of the van to lift him down, jumped and put himself back a few days 🤦🏼‍♂️. We're 4 weeks into his rest regime which he is absolutely hating, so am I tbh, I miss our walks and wanders through fields n forests, but it's needed and I'd say minimum 2 weeks to go.

3 vet's have given their opinion that his process is good and that he should recover from this without surgery but this type of injury will change how we do things from here on out. He's 6 now, so getting to "that age" and spine/disc injuries never fully go away so we'll have to tailor things with that in mind going forward.

Other than that there isn't a fat lot to report, things here are really quite mundane at the moment.
I'll be back with a great two parter that is sat half finished and at that point we carry on where we left off. For now though I need to focus inwards at the moment. Hope you understand.
