Yeah that's a Patreon thing. They don't really show most of the comments unless you open the specific post by itself. I'd imagine it's for the benefit of larger accounts that likely get hundreds of comments on every post they make, so it makes sense.

There is no load more comments options even though it says there are seven comments so far. Edit: I've just scrolled back through about fifty of the previous pinup posts and they are all like this. I guess it's a problem with the site.
