I think Sheldon’s name is on the lease for that apartment so I too dont know why Leonard and Penny stayed in the big apartment. Especially with Sheldon’s fear of large change. The second episode showed that when Amy and Sheldon are both ready for kids Sheldon is going to be ecstatic to become a parent. The first episode boy did i get pissed off towards Penny. As a collector I would kill if someone decided to hide my prized possessions, rearrange things fine but only after a conversation not behind my back. I have things that show off my fandoms and things that show off my accomplishments. Leonard should’ve fought a bit more for his things in my opinion.
