Mullet Luv (requires Paranormal Stuff Pack)

As of right now, you must have this pack but I'll make a base-game compatible once I have the chance. I'll make an additional post with the base-game compatible recolour; as it is a new pack, I don't expect many to have it right away but I hope you guys like the recolour nonetheless.
