I'll tell you what I did first.

After January 2020, according to the company's recommendation, the job will be removed. I'm just going to live by painting.
The reason is that I got a disability rating.
The reason is simple.
Because I insert a synthetic joint into my wrist.
For these reasons, as previously announced, the system will be changed to a new sponsorship system from January 2020.
