Maybe a support group setting would be best to introduce many new characters, and each chapter (at first) is dedicated to introducing a new conjoined character. Some born missing limbs, others become amputees due to sickness or accidents.

2023-05-10 04:08:41 +0000 UTCI would love to see a story with a girl who's armless and has huge boobs, like the size of basketballs/watermelons/beach balls. Maybe she loses her arms in exchange for her huge boobs. It would combine both the struggles of having boobs so big it makes life difficult and having no arms, creating a whole new set of challenges.
