The past few days have been overwhelming. After recovering, Leonor developed a fever and shortness of breath again just four days later. The next step will be medical tests to rule out any immune deficiency. We’re taking it one step at a time, and I’m hopeful it’s nothing serious — just that she’s a bit more fragile and will grow stronger with time. She has been doing well these past few days, and I’m taking the opportunity to get my work back on track.
