Joker vs Pennywise - Green Screen Cut!

Pete has put together a green (and blue! - ed) screen cut of the "Joker vs Pennywise" battle.  In this video you will see the raw content we captured - with all the editing magic stripped away.

When we filmed the footage, Javi actually directed the special FX sequences remotely from Spain using Facetime. We live in such a wonderful technological age! For the big 'deadlights' shot he ended up creating a 3D model out of Lloyd's mouth using 18 still photos plus a whole bundle of extra wizardry.

Josh created the Joker backgrounds aiming to show the evolution of the comic book through the Joker history - starting simple, getting more and more complicated and dark as it went on. It really added a fabulous dynamic to the whole battle.

Anyway, check out the video. Hope you all enjoy seeing this sneak behind the curtain.

You were so ready for “that guy”

Ok thanks for the info. I will speak to Patreon and see if they have any advice. I know they suggest Google Chrome as the suggested browser.

Epic Rap Battles Of History

Tried in Brave browser, and now in Microsoft Edge. Same error message. However, it does work on the Patreon app (iOS).

It's strange. Can you try using a different browser. And also on both laptop and mobile. (Also download the Patreon app and try playing it on there) I dont think it will because you're in Canada.

Epic Rap Battles Of History

On this video for sure. It's happened before on another video released, I just don't recall which.

Goth Skunk

Just on this one video or all the videos?

Epic Rap Battles Of History

I keep getting "because of this video's privacy settings, it cannot be played here" messages. Is it because I'm Canadian?

And yeah I know the Joker is DC. I just think of the MCU when I see green screens. Cool? Cool!

M.F. Cortez

I feel like I was watching some behind the scenes of the MCU. Good work!

So much work up in there. layering out sections, different screen colors and im glad you highlighted those cgi effects. I was actually really impressed with the teeth. Coolest background footage I've seen all month.

I sometimes wonder where you guys store all that super high resolution footage you recorded with that Alexa Mini... must at least a hundred gigabytes per battle.
