Depriving her of human rights, he reduces her to the status of a dog, plugging her butt, putting a collar and leash on her, and banning her from using the toilet except for when she’s thirsty and needs a drink. While out in public, Annabeth gets to wear her custom service dog vest, and her cone of shame to make sure she doesn’t bite anyone.
