What I love about Beyoncé is that she challenges our ears her last 4 projects targeted entire different genres she doesn’t know if her fans will gravitate towards it yet puts it out anyway. Because of her I delved deep into house/dance music and queer music and now even country truly she opened my ears and eyes.

Somehow, Beyoncé managed to top Self Titled with Lemonade, then top Lemonade with Renaissance, then top Renaissance with Cowboy Carter. She never stopped her artistic growth and, for me, some of the songs on Cowboy Carter are straight up all time classics like Daughter, Ya Ya or Amen.

I think the guys will be exposed to pre-Lemonade/You’re going to Lose your Wife/Young Jay-Z. I hope they’ll be open to listening to Sean Carter after he killed Jay-Z.

I honestly believe the only pressure B feels is the pressure she puts on herself. She got rid of her Dad’s shackles, started her own company and never looked back. Some fans don’t like what she has been producing since Self Titled. They don’t care for Rap Yonce, etc. But B is a true lover of music, what she does, and she’s a student of everything she involves herself in. Now she does what she wants and hopefully you love it. If not, that’s okay too. I’m so happy for her. She puts enough pressure on herself to meet her own standards. I know how that is. I enjoy seeing Blue interacting with her mom and letting her know it’s okay to stop.
