Its been a year since you've started your lgr bird stream!! Happy 1 year to the birds! insane how quickly time has passed! Once you move back home, any ideas on the newest bird stream setup?! Are you gonna go back to the high feeders? Keep the ground cam? or a mix of both? Ah Im so excited!!!

I work as a systems admin from home and have a large office/man cave/collection storage room. I recently realized it is all blending in a way that is not great for the work/life/hobby balance. I just rented a powered climate controlled storage room to move collection storage and projects to. Any advice on working out of those? If I remember correctly, you had one you filmed out of from time to time.

Question: I was watching the "Choosing a Retro PC for Games" video today and noticed a boxed copy of Lego Rock Raiders. I'll admit I tried to play it a few times but found it incredibly clunky. I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the game and if you were aware of the fan remake? The sole developer (who goes by Baraklava online) is truly an awesome guy who has done tons for the community and last year he actually got a job at Lego in Billund! While development was mostly a solo project many other aspects of the game such as level and UI design, voices etc. were contributed by the Lego community including incredible music by the one and only R.R. Slugger, an absolute top tier Lego YouTuber. Just like my question from last wrap up "What a time to be alive"

Thanks for getting my question in just at the last minute, people need to know about The Tiberian Sons! As someone who plays guitar and bass I tend to gravitate towards metal covers rather than electronic. But I do enjoy some, Armcannon has some great electronic songs or sections of songs. They even have vocals for a few like Ghostbusters and Power Rangers 😁

Ah yes, I'm familiar! I've used this a couple of times for footage :)

A quick tip for you when looking for old videos to react to; Noclip has a Game Video Archive where they've uploaded a pile of old VHS tapes, digital video tapes, and other old media from E3, GDC, trailers, and other bits and bobs that they've found over the years. Check them out at https://www.youtube.com/@NoclipArchive, it's got some pretty cool stuff there and all in the highest quality that they can make it!

I think this is the first video I've seen of yours where you weren't the one installing windows.

Great to see things are progressing with your home. Just an idea for an activity in your area that I don't know if you considered. In the hills around Asheville, there's a wide variety of wild edible mushrooms. I know from watching the show Bizarre Foods on travel channel over a decade ago when they did an episode in that exact area. With spring starting to poke it's way through, maybe go for a mushroom hunt. There's varieties there in the mountains that are pretty valuable too! So if anything, could get some fresh air, cleanse the mind, and who knows? Might find something cool. Especially since with all the down trees from the storms would create plenty of materials for mushrooms to grow on. If ya get lucky and find some, you could enjoy the spoils or hell, sell em to some restaurant. They may even trade em with ya in exchange get an awesome meal! Here in Indiana, we're gearing up for our own season. But the only ones we search for are Morels and the large tree mushrooms, often nickname beefsteak cause they have a taste and texture similar to thinly sliced beef. Anyway. Hoping things continue to improve for your circumstance.

In Battletech 3025 is my favorite timeline, so for me Steiner it is. Can't live without the famous Steiner Scout Lance. A bunch of Atlases and a Commando. :D WDR Computer Club serials are on Youtube and on Archive, but they are German. So you would need whatever German you learned in school and the subtitles. I think VLC now comes with a local AI powered autogenerator for these. Or you could gather all your German fans together to help you along. ;)

I mean it's accurate, so no worries!

Oh my fucking god, I am so sorry for referring to your PS5 in past tense!

Hi Clint! Just a random compliment that you really nailed the "adding in some home improvements without going overboard" component of rebuilding. Everything extra you're doing will pay dividends in the years to come for both your own comfort and running LGR out of your home. Also, great call on Caseta! I've done a few rooms at home and it's just great. I'm also dabbling in RA3 for another project, but Caseta's a great choice. The pico remotes are a nice touch, as are the built in sunrise/sunset timers, and whatever else you want to do by integrating it with ITTT, Google Home, or whatever other automation you use. I'm just an end user, but if I can help in any way, shoot me a note. Enjoy!

I wanted to comment on the Tamagotchi video but I was not feeling it at the time. I never had a real Tamagotchi when I was a kid but many of my classmates had. I though when they die it's a permanent death. This notion was spread around in my country by a news report on a guy who opened up a Tamagotchi Cemetary in a small town. I really though these are disposable, single use toys and many of us though too. But I just recently found out that this is a regional thing, it's not a main stream thought. Tamagotchi never had perma-death :) There are Tamagotchi Cemeteries here and there but one was made very famous in my country.

So happy that your house is going to be better than ever! On the topic of electrical stuff, have you considered installing a 240v plug for EV charging?

Aw, you didn't get to that second MUGEN question I asked in last month's, but I guess that's on me for double-dipping into the topic. (or maybe it's actually a hint that you actually found your old files and you're actually doing a video about it, who knows heheheh) QUESTION FOR NEXT MONTH (this one's a bit simpler I swear): Do you have any interest in covering the "Anniversary Updates" that both Half-Life 1 & 2 had received over the past couple of years?
