I have retired family members who are in their mid 60's,70's, and 80's...who I don't want to have to be employed anymore. And most of my family members need more than adequate pay to thrive and good health and dental care. As well as more time to spend with their families. To actually be wealthy and not have to work at jobs if they have better things to do with their precious time or are retired or need to, maybe self employed and wealthy for the entrepreneur minded ones or great company, pay and benefits doing something they truly enjoy and excel at, for those who enjoy working. Generous, kind, happy. Including any pets. Since this one is already so great, maybe just the part about unemployed family members getting jobs could be removed.
