Lost in the Memories - Update

Hey Everyone!

I thought it best to give a general update regarding our upcoming flagship Visual Novel, Lost in the Memories.

As of last year, the build seemed almost ready. with a word count of just over 20,000 words, I felt happy and that the build was in a place where release seemed only days away.

Since then, I have felt more and more that the build in itself isn't enough and moreover that the type of build release we are aiming for with the project wouldn't be sustainable given that I am a master's degree student with very little free time at the moment.

The team and I have been in discussion regarding how to handle this and we have reached the conclusion that Lost in the Memories should instead release in arcs. Where a build would have between 10-20k words, Arc 1 of Lost in the Memories is aiming for triple that, so that the story can be told more effectively.

This does however mean that the time scale will be longer between updates. I believe that A Fall from Grace being regularly updated and Lost in the Memories taking longer should still provide a steady stream of content to you, our amazing supporters. We want to deliver a good quality product with every project we announce and release.

So by the same merit, Adagio will resume production. This is a project that is significantly less intensive for me to manage as the resources required are much less.

For A Fall from Grace, expect to see new WIP art and the script in the coming months as we move into the cycle of build 3.

Lost in the Memories will be receiving a visual makeover with the sprites as I will be redrawing each of them in Procreate as opposed to photoshop which I previously used.

Adagio will also be progressing now, with the aim of a first build release in the next 2/3 months.
