Also working on a case at the moment, it's kinda interesting it's a story I covered years ago in the early days of the channel, and I wanted to redo it and give it a proper go as I think I've gotten a little better. Oh now I have to brush teeth and wash hands again. Get comfy. Shoot. Forgot my fave pj shirt... let me go get changed... damn now it’s been so long I want another cigarette. Boil my hot water again, smoke, brush teeth, wash hands, climb onto the couch or comfy-ness... and after 3 hours of prep.... I’m ready to hang out with Mike for awhile. 🙃 Truly is a wonderful experience.

The helicopter night footage was shocking. This is a fine example of never knowing what is in the hearts of men (well, people). Seven years to exact some sort of revenge for something so minuscule. And, to take a child's life. So peculiar and sad.

2021-02-26 18:18:35 +0000 UTCjesus, this case is brutal. it's difficult enough to imagine feeling so slighted that you'd kill two innocent people, but it's impossible to imagine going to carry out that murder, finding a five year old child with them, and proceeding to kill that child, too. have you ever heard of nicholas browning? his case is not well known, i don't think i've ever seen a crime channel cover it. he was a 16 year old boy who murdered his parents and two younger brothers. there was literally no reason for the crime, as far as i'm aware. he just up and killed them one day out of the blue. my best friend knew him as they went to high school together and shared many classes and she remembers the day the crime happened and how it really fucked up a lot of students and staff who knew him and never saw it coming.

The Ogden Hi-Fi murders took place in 1974 with robbery, rape, torture and murder. And...the weapons of choice handgun, drain cleaner and a ball point pen. No kidding. Three people dead, two survived...well kind of.

2021-02-25 16:57:58 +0000 UTCThis guy is a specific kind of evil - that poor woman walking into her parents house and realising quite quickly that she was not going to see her son or parents again. I am always impressed by the immense strength of people who lose a child and go on to do something good for others in the name of their child. The killer’s sister must have felt horrified looking at that truck and knowing her brother was likely (definitely, obviously) a monster. This was a great video - and the cat part made me chuckle. A little bit of levity in a desperately sad event. I don’t often do this, but I can’t help but think about how those poor grandparents felt knowing their grandson was suffering with them. Can’t conjure up a single f**k about the fact that even the bad guys in prison thought this guy in particular was a piece of garbage. Looking forward to the revamped old video - I like the longer format stuff! Thanks Mike!
