A Geek with a Hat

Thank you, darlin'. Buddy was amazing. I've loved all my dogs, but he was a Star. You're so kind. ❤️🐕

Catherine DeWitt

So sorry you lost your four legged family member it's a terrible time for us losing them , sending love and hugs x

Shazzzaa

yes because spraying silly sting, dancing, smacking her gum and flirting with the camera is something the kids would’ve wanted. it’s sick the way she was acting at their graves but then again she knew she killed her kids

Halie Gail

Here's something to start you off: https://www.thewrap.com/michael-jacksons-molestation-trial-gavin-arvizo-leaving-neverland/ point 4: a juror took offence because the victim's mother snapped her fingers at the jury. That was the example I was trying to recall, Lord how my memory sucketh...

Nikki Ganley

MY EXACT THOUGHTS

Ebony Maple

sorry for all the spell checks, that just infuriated me

Ebony Maple

Wow really? I have to look at tha... Thank you and you are entirely right, I do not trust a jury trial. Think about it no one can TRULY access a persons true feelings... I just dont trust my pers..

Ebony Maple

I was hoping you would present this case and clear things up for me. It's frustrating that you (or anyone) can't make sense of it. I wonder if the evidence would be clearer if this had happened someplace where the local homicide detectives and crime scene investigators had more experience.

Yaddy Alioshi

If you watch the whole graveside video it's clear that she wasn't being flippant. She was trying to do something that the child would have enjoyed in life.

tracy smith

Great story! People seem to have made up their minds in the comments here, but I have enough doubt in the judicial system here in the states to wonder about many death-row cases, nevermind such a case brought on by a small-town police dept/ DA office. She may be guilty- but was poorly served by her counsel with regard to the grave-side video, event timeline, etc. Great work as usual Mike!

Christopher Gaughan

Did anybody catch the typo? “Darlier”

Robert

IMO she is as guilty AF.

Catherine Andrews

Also, CP what? Air?

Jennifer Emmett

Interesting how I was swayed to think one thing, then another, then back, based off of what you were presenting.

Jennifer Emmett

I’m pretty sure she did it, and pretty sure the husband helped in the planning. Too many things don’t make sense for anyone else to have committed this atrocity. They probably just got sick of having kids, and the fun times they were losing out on due to money/Time spent on them. Im glad the boys are in heaven, and I’m thankful the baby wasn’t involved in it, but sad that he has to grow up knowing this all happened to his siblings, and now has no mother either. I truly think they should have, and should now interrogate the husband more in depth. He also shown zero emotion after his kids were killed.

Joseph N

“Really loved the D the big D“ I can’t 😩😭😂😂you’re a card

Etak Doow

Aw, sweet pup! We will be checking our shelter regularly for a new dogfriend. We're not replacing Buddy, but there are a lot of older dogs who need homes. We have three fenced acres, so dogs are pretty happy here. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. ❤️🐕

Catherine DeWitt

Thank you both so much. His name was Buddy and he was a rescue from our local shelter. He was about 7 when we got him and about 9 when he died. He was amazing. He took one of my hens from a coyote's mouth and brought it over to me and gently set her down in front of me. She was traumatized but otherwise fine. How good of a dog is that? ❤️🐕

Catherine DeWitt

Found this by accident and love it, Mike is detailed and funny but respectful regarding the crimes and victims of each story covered.

Santana Bastille

I’m so sorry about your dog. I hope that you’ll find peace as time moves on. But in the meantime, grieve for him/her because of the love you have and the experiences you shared with him/her. Take care & be well.

Terri Benson

Catherine that is awful news about your dog! So sorry to hear! 😢 but also have chills all down my back! Long story short a family member posted they wanted a kitten and someone on there said they are thinking of getting a dog because they’re lonely without a dog, right after reading I was sent this from an unrelated place https://rochester.craigslist.org/zip/d/rochester-9-year-old-black-lab-retriever/7161299002.html looks a lot like your dog 😢

Etak Doow

The very best dog I ever had (see profile picture) died completely unexpectedly at 3:00 this morning. I'm more emotional about my dog than this woman is about her children.

Catherine DeWitt

I'm so sorry for your loss, Sally.

Catherine DeWitt

By the end I had her convicted her too but the thing is, I wasn't even thinking of the Bday thing. That's only 1 out of many things. There's no doubt that it was one of the two adults and considering the way the father provided CPR doing everything to save them, tells me mommy did it. There's Not enough evidence to bring a motive to light.

Mark Robertson

Deeply disturbing to think any parent could harm their children. She just shows zero emotion which makes me feel uneasy. Thank you, Mike. Your videos are getting me through this endless Covid stay at home mess.

Mo0may

Blood on the shirt for which there are different interpretations by different “experts” are but one piece of circumstantial evidence. Obviously the jury at the point of the trial at least believed her guilty as charged. However, I still have doubt about her conviction. Not doubt about any one piece of evidence nor even necessarily in her guilt. My doubt is that there really was enough appropriate circumstantial evidence to find her guilty of the crime for which she was charged. For me that matters.

Sharon K. Howell

Cast off patterns on the back of her shirt from the knife no doubt she is guilty.. That evidence isn’t circumstantial..

Halie Gail

Cast off patterns on the back of her shirt from the knife no doubt she is guilty.. That evidence isn’t circumstantial..

Halie Gail

No way, as a mother, an innocent mom would never act that way. She was happy they were gone, you could see it in her face.

Halie Gail

Cast off patterns on the back of her shirt from the knife no doubt guilty..

Halie Gail

Cast off patterns on the back of her shirt from the knife no doubt guilty..

Halie Gail

Look at the cast off patterns on the back of her shirt from the knife. You won’t have any doubts then..

Halie Gail

Absolutely phenomenal work, my guy. Got hooked on your videos about a month ago and now I'm on patreon. Thanks for all the awesome content and keep up the good work!

HavoK

UGH...it's super creepy. I think she's guilty af!

princess.denyse

And you obviously love "buttsex" too...that name tho

princess.denyse

Okay, so first off .. WHAT intruder comes in and stabs children? Also, the "graveside party" is just SO sickening - maybe the jurors didn't hear the whole story, but UGH.. Good job Mike!

princess.denyse

I have watch a lot of stuff on this case and I am unsure if she is guilty or innocent. With this much doubt in her guilt I think she should be taken off death row.

Shaun Hedeen

likewise. check the forensic files episode. they present a very believable timeline that made it very hard for me to entertain the idea of innocence. the Werner Herzog's documentary as well

Mike Joe

watch the forensic files episode. while they are biased, they do present an explanation that makes plenty of sense. crazy to think she would have done that..

Mike Joe

Juries that convict on emotion over evidence are a siginificant issue with the justice system. It's easy enough to do - juries are members of the public, not people trained in law, but if I was facing the death penalty, was innocent, and had the option of a judge-only trial, that's what I would choose. I'm reminded of the Michael Jackson trial, where a juror said she decided to aquit Jackson because the victim's mother offended her by telling the jury 'y'all know how it is.'

Nikki Ganley

There's enough lingering questions that I believe her sentence should be commuted. She's on death row. There shouldn't be any questions, aside from perhaps motive.

Laura Jane

Another one I just got into heavily! You're the best Mike! Love, love love your content! Thank you for all your hard work.

Jess Is Blessed

I couldn't fake a smile a year after my son died, much less 2 weeks. But everyones different. Seems bizarre. The time/sock this puts doubts in my mind she did it tho. Hmm head scratcher 🤔

Sally

That’s up to the defense to show not the prosecutor.

Fingal McFingal

Darron is the one who placed the sock, there are other things that Mike didn’t have time to put in.

Fingal McFingal

Thank you, they were up and down her back from top to bottom.

Fingal McFingal

Agreed, she did it from the word go.

Fingal McFingal

This case has been solved, she did it.

Fingal McFingal

It’s not the prosecutions job, to p rosecute and defend Darly Routier. If the jury did not see the whole video that is the defenses fault.

Fingal McFingal

I believe she is innocent, always have! The video that put her away had way more to it and they only showed a portion of it!!! Edit 1- you can have your opinions but I can have mine... move along

Rebecca Woods

Thanks Mike

Jane Pohl

why didn't her defence show the rest of the video, she did it

Steven Cox

I've always believed she was innocent but the more stories I hear about parents murdering their own children, the more I think she could've done it. The stock always threw me off. If she did do it, her husband had to have helped her.

ScaryPoppins

Just my opinion, but everyone grieves in a different way. I don't see anything wrong with the graveyard clip. She could have been celebrating her kids lives.

Alicia Hoverson

In the words of a certain President, "guilty as hell."

Ian M Delaney

also, the cemetery video should not be considered. the full footage makes a lot more sense. it's definitely weird, but less so when you have full context

Mike Joe

nothing makes sense... she definitely did it, but there's other things, like the sock, that are baffling. she didn't have the time to do that.... did dad help???

Mike Joe

I love this case! I go back and forth every 5 minutes. It really is baffling!

Mike Joe

Wabash ..co what now?? :)

Karli Green

You should take a look at the cast off patterns from the knife on the back of her shirt. GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY...

Halie Gail

Difficult one for sure. I don’t know though- where’s her rage against the guy who supposedly did it? She should be screaming about him, but she’s only interested in having a go at the cops. Doesn’t stack up to me.

Lorna Mangan

Dallas County, Darren, Darlie, Devon, Damon, Drake, Double Death, Doubt, Death sentence. Disturbing!

Eddie Glass

I'm stumped. Absolutely. I don't think they have enough evidence to say for certain, but I would not say she's innocent either.

Sash Johnson

Didn't allow myself to watch this until the cleaning and my workout was done. I got it done a lot quicker than usual. Thanks for the help, Mike. :D

Bjarnehall .

Hey you and Oh man you’ve totally made my work week Mike! Thank you!!! Keep doin’ it! I’ll see you in the next video.

LT

Of all the convictions out there this is the one I have the most doubt about.

Sharon K. Howell

I solved this one at 4:20 that 911 call was damning

Icepack Jack

Sounds like the father might have hired someone. I wonder how much her life insurance was

Tessa Brown

Oooh, this is a good one. I mean, tragic and awful but also fascinating. I’ve questioned her guilt for a long time.

Lauren Lovecraft

I’ve followed this case for years. After reading a book about it I was originally convinced she did it. Since then I’m not 100 percent certain. The motive (what motive) and something about the husband bothers me. Not sure we will ever know what really happened.

Susan Miller

Wow that case is super confusing. 1 minute I was sure it was her but then there's so much to say she was innocent. Maybe she killed her kids and tried to slit her own throat. Maybe she couldn't kill a baby and her husband. She was suicidal. I hope this case is solved.

MON'S URBAN PATCH - CRIME TIME

Wow! I’ve watched several different versions of this case and this is the first time I’ve seen a full picture of this case that’s made me question whether she is guilty or not. I completely agree a lot was left out for the jury but now I have more questions than before lol thanks for giving us all the facts as always! Love your work! 😊

Tianna Jackson

Love you, Mike 😘

me in the park ... buttsex

Oh my goodness! Was just sitting here, phone in hand, about to post ‘really wish today was an early morning release, as I have to actually leave the house this afternoon and will miss it til tomorrow’... then BAM! Mike!!!! You and I can apparently communicate telepathically!!! 😬😍🖤 So excited to watch this RIGHT MEOW!! 🙏🏼 Hope you have a wonderful day... Rach out! 😉
