The Van Breda Family Murders

The Van Breda Family Murders

Comments

Mike, it's 4 years later after this comment and I'm almost done reading an ebook on those poor missing/murdered women and girls in the Vanishing Triangle in Ireland (Dublin area to those who don't know). It's highly disturbing, those poor souls. Outside of Ireland I doubt many would know about this.

Huh. WTF Henri?

Heather Skinner Risher

I remember reading about this weirdo quite a while back. Oh, and his girlfriend was quite the piece of work as well...

Ah thanks man! Hey if there's that Peter Tobin story, I'm not too familiar honestly but I've heard it a few times and I think it might be worth a look. Hoping to do Irelands Vanishing Triangle soon!

Another awesome video. I'm sure everyone here would, like myself, love to see your take on events within their home country. For me, I'd love to see your take on the Peter Tobin murders (convicted of 3 murders, but possibly as many as 48). I've accepted that no-one will give my home town a look. A town, despite being thousands of years old, mentioned by the Romans, in the Irish Chronicles and the Viking Sagas, altering Scottish history, playing roles in the lives (and deaths) of Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace, Robert the Bruce and Rabbie Burns and having a historically significant football team, will always be known as Dumbarton: Home of the Dog Suicide Bridge :D Looking forward to the next vid

I wonder if his sister has anything to do with him now. Another great job, Mike, and a case I've never heard about before!

Highly, highly disturbing and tough to watch. I've done some academic research into this phenomenon which they're calling "familicide" and all the cases I've come across are about as troubling as this one :-( Great video and examination though, as ever; I've never watched a video of yours that didn't impress me (a lot of them scared the hell out of me but impressed me nevertheless)!

Could have been! Though I'm not sure, don't know if they did a drugs test when he was found. I've no idea why he said they were black, presumably he could see their skin at some point. At this non existent person lol

Maybe he was under the influence at the time of the murder? Regardless, the uncle is very brave (or stupid) to have took him in after the massacre! Also, I can't help but wonder how, if there was an intruder, he knew they were black when wearing a balaclava and gloves? Seems like they were pretty covered up!
