We got a half conversation about the stealing of Walter and omg, my heart was not ready! If John Noble didn't win an award for his performance on this show I am dumbfounded! No sign of our Olivia in this one which is worrisome and what's even more concerning is how well alt olivia is pretending to be our olivia!! I'm not OK with that!! This season is gonna be so good, I can feel it!!

2025-02-01 04:19:38 +0000 UTCI do not consider Walter and Astrid to have a "friendship." I think it's much more a father-daughter relationship. Did I hear you say it started out as "sexy?" I never once saw it that way. In the beginning she was merely his lab assistant. I saw her as gradually taking on the role of the dutiful daughter, feeling something of an obligation to be there for him, but then seeing both of them developing a genuine fondness for each other in a more familial kind of way. With Peter still feeling alienated from him, and his association with Olivia being more of a professional kind of thing, he probably felt like Astrid was the only one he had left to unburden himself to. They do spend a lot of time together in that lab. Ella sensing something wrong with Fauxlivia... That makes me think of Diana in Grimm (hey, it was Grimm that brought me to you - so glad to see you still using the Spice Shop coaster, btw). When Nick went through the spell to become Renard, but then couldn't return to himself, Diana took one look at him and said, "You're not my Daddy!" She thrust out her hand and BOOM, he goes flying across the room, crashes to the floor and... spell broken.
