Miller cracked the case to only discover that his boss couldn't be trusted!! Holden meets Fred face to face, and they make a deal, but everyone is on edge, including me! The group also knows what Holden did re the distress call and Amos is hurt that Naomi didn't confide in him. Looks like they're all closer than ever though now as they set off on their mission.

My reaction to seeing a new Expanse post, is exactly like the thumbnail of yourself, on the latest Fringe reaction, just above this one. *Post watch* Dakrya, threatening to break out two weeks in a row? We're in for good times people. Not trying to revel in schadenfreude. Haha. But your empathy is one of the things I love about you and what it lends to these reactions.

2024-10-18 06:17:03 +0000 UTCHi Dakara! The Expanse is my favorite sci-fi show of the 21st century. I truly believe you are going to continue to enjoy watching it. At the beginning there are many story threads to follow, and I know it's daunting to keep track of everything. The show runners do a good job however of building the world through these stories and characters overtime. By the end of the first season, so long as you keep paying attention most everything will begin to make sense. The side story with the uncle is probably one of my least favorite of the show. Mostly because I can't stand the nephew. The MCRN (The Martian Navy) were the ones who pushed the uncle into getting drunk and attempting to chuck the asteroid at their ship. This was just another event that will push the solar system closer to war, but don't worry this storyline isn't finished, and it ties together with the rest, just be patient. Fred Johnson is one of my favorite characters in the show. He's smart and capable of reading a situation like when he called Holden's bluff at the beginning of the episode. Fred Johnson clearly has his own motives for helping Holden and his crew, but he's not a heartless killer. Fred Johnson doesn't deserve forgiveness for his crimes, but characters who live to regret decisions like his are fascinating to follow. For context Fred Johnson has been helping the Mormons create a massive ship larger than any before. The ship will be capable of traveling to another solar system even if it takes them a hundred years to get there. This will also tie in more later. I look forward to watching more with you!
