This was a great episode and you're right, Dak, this season has been a standout so far. Oh, before I forget, the actress at the beginning is Amber Stonebreaker. I doubt you've seen her in anything, but in that scene she did look like Zooey Deschanel and Dakota Johnson (daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith); I would lean more towards Dakota though. The actor who played Dr. Forbes is Patrick Fabian. He played Howard Hamlin in Better Call Saul (I'm pretty sure you've seen it, but if not it's not a spoiler) and you probably recognize him from Lucifer where he played Reese Getty, the ex-husband of Linda who got obsessed with Lucifer after finding out he was sleeping with her. Very memorable character for only being in two episodes. I thought that at the end the Doctor looked like if a Buffyverse vampire was caught mid-fanging out and was also cosplaying as The Joker. It's a stretch, but he was on the vampire spectrum as he did pierce Malcom's throat. 🤔 I don't think that when they referred to monsters they were talking about Wesen-like monsters, but crazy, disfigured psychopaths. That ending! WTF... Juliette/Eve is now Renard?! So she/it is a shapeshifter? And that transition was a bit icky. *shudder* I was also disappointed with no Wu update, but that does spark interest and anticipation, so it's definitely leading to something big, hopefully. Random thoughts: You like Hank's car because it's a Dodge Charger, one of the most iconic American cars ever. I drive by a dealership every night on the way home that has one front and center on their lot. Which leads to a question for you: Dodge Charger or a black 1967 Chevy Impala? Don't bother answering, your choice is obvious. When Andrew Dixon was mentioned, I immediately had this vision in my head that Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus secretly got married and used the last name Dixon to keep it on the down-low. Finally, I'm personally against any possibly deadly procedures to make people look younger or sexier. Look at some of the big names that have had work done to look like a younger version of themselves, but don't look anything like it. First names that come to mind are two people I was a fan of, Mickey Rourke and Madonna. It makes me sad. This ended on a bummer.
