I feel like, after 300 seasons of Drag Race, that there's enough cultural bleed-through from drag culture that any rando straight dude would probably know what it means to "glue down your eyebrows". Regarding Syria - Assad may have been a really really bad dude I don’t think any left wing person would dispute that. But if you read what the axis of resistance has been saying Syria has been a major ally and land route to arm hezbollah and hamas. If you were concerned about the genocide this is only going to make things worse. Secondly the major ‘rebel’ group that is now in charge is quite literally an offshoot of Al Qaeda. Their leader is a founder of Al Qaeda in Syria, a former ISIS high up and is Turkish backed (they hate the Kurds too). So they’ve traded a tyrant for actual western backed terrorists.
