i won't speak for anyone else but i feel like the "sin" that most accurately describes my dispositional change when democrats "have control" is a feeling of "alright i have four years to prep for the absolute worst-case scenario and develop my own personal safety plan" and that consumes like all of my thoughts and time. because they aren't going to save us. they're barely even "holding them back" anymore. this is just a years-long game of red-light green-light. quickly becoming a game of yellow-light green-light as far as i can tell.
