2022-09-08 22:10:29 +0000 UTCkeeping my fingers crossed for a check-in on the "apparently now memory-holed enormous flood" episode tomorrow, but if you guys want to take another week off, it's absolutely not a problem (and nothing you should appologize for; it sounds like an unimaginable waking nightmare.) I'm not particularly sentimental about "my stuff", but having it forcefully taken away from you - along with your entire home - is quite a different thing, and I really don't know how I would react in that situation, other than a severe panic attack (the kind that takes weeks to fully recover from). Aside from people who are willing to donate, I have to assume that there's some comfort in knowing that thousands (if not tens of thousands) of people around the world are worried about how you guys are keeping up. It doesn't change the here-and-now, but it's an oddly sweet gesture, if nothing else. Cheers; all my love to everyone (assuming that everyone is doing somewhat ok).
