Supreme Court Briefs - Griswold v. Connecticut

Did you know that as late as 1965 birth control used to be illegal in parts of the United States? This episode looks at how birth control became legal and how the Supreme Court expanded our right to privacy.

I know it won't do well, but I look forward to playing this one for my students in real life. It's a landmark case!

Thank you for your continued support.

Good video I don't think Roe v wade was justified in using this case for theirs and Roe herself would agree I think. Privacy however is something extremly implied in the constitution but it doesn't fully provide protection to if a crime is committed namely in extreme cases such as murder. so though i agree that Birth Control shouldn't be against the law i can understand why the dissenting justices felt the way they did.
