Any mention of chakra reserves, control, or any power set is of course limited to the current timeline habibi. 12 year old Naruto has around as much chakra as Hiruzen per Kakashi's dialogue. Even then, Naruto's greatest advantage wasn't his reserves but his recovery. He can go from zero chakra to maximum after a few hours of rest, unlike others who would need days if not weeks. Keep in mind that I take everything written during the war arc with a grain of salt

2025-07-19 16:07:59 +0000 UTCSo quick note when it comes to his chakra capacity, Naruto actually had more chakra than Hirshima in his prime. If you’re talking about adulthood Hokage Naruto. canonically when he was 17 he still wasn’t fully grown Harashima noted that he had almost as much chakra than him presuming that your peak isn’t hit when you’re 17 then he probably at least still had another 3 to 4 years to grow stronger and more likely another decade or two. So by that point he would likely have much more. in fact, depending on certain interpretations of that superpowered mode he used in Boruto. He might even have more chakra than the Ninetails itself.
