Catelyn has no way of meeting Sansa, Percy, or anyone at all as a matter of fact. This is a bit spoilery but she is not in a good situation right now. Also, this IS the story. There would naturally be transition chapters as we check on the rest of the actors of the world. In a global setting like ASOIAF, I can't only write Percy or Sansa's POV for the world does not revolve around them

One of our boy's defining characteristics is the ability to stand up to shitheads. He'll sass the King of the Gods and be like "Whatever you do to me, I will find a way to do worse to you." Furthermore, Poseidon, unlike Tywin, is proud of his son's gusty strength of will. He sees Percy as the embodiment of the unrestrained sea, and not a puppet to promote his own narcissism. I feel like all the Lanniester Siblings (and many other GOT characters) would be like "Why does an all-powerful god love his half-mortal bastard so much, but my father doesn't?"
