Percy and Sansa have been on the boat for weeks by now. They had enough time to get used to each other and feel comfortable with each other. Percy had already accepted that he can't go home, and as a demigod, he has an insane capability to adapt and overcome.
People move on, especially when Percy and Annabeth were never official.
As for Sansa, she is definitely taking advantage of Percy, she doesn't hide it and she unashamedly admits it both to herself and even to Percy. Does it matter? Sansa is a medieval princess. She understands her duty and weighed her options. Go back North, and her brother will wed her to someone for an alliance; as is her Duty. Instead, she decided to take the best option available to her. Percy's hand.

This was an interesting chapter but I do think you rushed things here with Percy and sansa. Percy should still be thinking of annabeth, especially since his fatal flaw is loyalty. He should still be trying to get back home. Also sansa rushing things kinda comes across as her trying to take advantage of Percy. Making him her consort when as she has said before Percy is worth more then a king. Percy has the potential to become a god in this realm and it won't even be by his own desire but because his presence invites the gods to fight him since he challenges their rule by being there.
