Reduce Mentality Impact, Reduce Driver Regression, AI Refurbish Facilities and Other Add-Ons
There are two versions available: Light and Medium (Choose one):
Light Version
Enthusiastic: +2 on Attributes
Positive: +1
Neutral: 0
Negative: -1
Demoralised: -2
Medium Version:
Enthusiastic: +5
Positive: +3
Neutral: 0
Negative: -2
Demoralised: -4

In the base game, drivers' overall ratings begin to decrease at age 25. This mod raises the minimum age to 30, so ratings will not decrease until the driver reaches 30.
At age 30 (previously 25), the game evaluates the driver's race results:
If results meet or exceed the target, the overall rating remains unchanged.
If results fall below the target, each attribute decreases randomly by 0 to 1 (previously 0 to 2).
Note: Free Agents' race results are consistently below the target, decreasing the rating.

This mod reduces the impact of driver confidence on attributes.
It doesn't increase or decrease the number of racing incidents (such as lock-up, spin, etc.). But maybe for low-rated drivers, it will have an impact.

This mod adjusts the AI's logic for refurbishing facilities, while leaving the logic for upgrading or building facilities unchanged.

This mod changes the AI logic in poaching drivers.
In the base game, AI will poach drivers who do not have a contract in the next year (remaining contract < 1 year)
AI will consider poaching drivers with less than 2 years remaining on their contracts in this mod, but will not if the contract is over 2 years. This will add variety to the driver transfer.
Other AI recruitment logic, such as how they rank candidates, etc, remains unchanged from the base game.
Known Issue: When AI poaches your drivers, they will not pay the buyout clause. This is an issue from the base game. I haven't checked further.

Each mod is separate. Copy the desired mods to the game's PAK folder.
Feedback is welcome to fine-tune the values. These mods are compatible with existing save files.
To revert to default settings, simply delete the mod files.
