Really important Heart’sClub update!! ☆

If you’re reading this, thank you! It’s a lengthy update, but I’d like to take this time to address just a few things, hopefully making this a better place for all of us!!

It’s been a bit of a rough year, globally. Not so much personally in this case, but more so in regards to all of them small business things. As of lately, manufactures keep increasing their process, FedEx keep changing their rates, and I’m just here trying to juggle it all.

To be completely honest, I’ve been eating the cost of production for this past year since I never really wanted to be that person who just decides to raise their shop’s prices just because.

But lately it’s been taking a toll, considering there aren’t that many local events that I can attend to make that extra money back. It no one’s fault, just life in general. I am doing my best to attend to every single little thing that presents itself but tbh, some events are being just so inconsiderate with their selection process to all artist and most vendors. But that’s a whole other rant/story that I can def address if anyone’s interested… anyways!

With all of this said, it’s time to make decisions.

I don’t want to close the HeartsClub, tho I must admit it has been a passing thought. However, what I did decide to do was increase tier prices. Don’t think I thought of this over night, this choice has truly been weighting over my mind for the longest.

There’s a little bit of good fortune if you’re a current active Heart’sClub member; you’ll be able to keep your subscription and still be charged $13 every months for as long as you don’t unsubscribe! ♡

Some of you have been here since the very first day, & even if it’s a small little thing I’d like y’all to keep your current tiers. But please know that if you ever leave, the $13 tier will no longer exists and you won’t be able to get it back even if you have proof that you’ve been here since 2020.

However, and this is the reason I wanted to address all of this here first, all new members as of October 1st 2023 will be charged $15 every months & INTL members will now be $25.

I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart if this affects anyone negatively. I know we’re all just trying to ride the waves of life. & well, if things don’t get better I’ll be closing this club for a bit until I can gather more resources to keep it afloat. For now I really want that choice to be the absolute last resort!!

I appreciate everyone in this club so much, without any members I wouldn’t have the ability to create a new design every single month. So I am eternally grateful for all of you! I know delays are inevitable when production come (Trust, I’m literally fighting my manu every single day to finish all the backlogged designs!) but I know all of you have been so wonderful, so supportive with me and above all hella patient!

Feedback will always be forever welcomed, if anyone wants me to bring back the monthly coloring pages/printables/thankyou posts, do let me know! It’s not out of laziness that I haven’t, but out of pure confusion as to what extras everyone has, have and would enjoy.
