2020 vs 2018 !! ☆ vol2

Here’s another savage glow up!! (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)

This was actually the third pin design I ever produced two years ago! Like daaaaaamnnnnn. Her name’s Namidako, the friend that’s always rooting for you to succeed, no matter how hard things get! I even made a mini postcard/print to go with preorders. ( I should had also recreated the postcard... actually. I’ll do that soon!! ) Anywaysssss.

Back then I was such a noob when it came to pin making. I believed in the ‘no more than 3 - 4 colors’ myth, had no idea screenprint was even possible! Which actually made me struggle so hard when making eyes because I didn’t know how to close it in a way that would look decent, so I opted to fuck the white part..... screams. I even used... breathes... rose gold for this one. I know, I know... I was so dumb. No shame in rose gold, if you actually like it or use it in your designs, but I later learned that that’s just a fancy word for copper ( that penny color) , not actually rose gold ( like the one used on iPhones ) for manufactures and that wasn’t what I really wanted?

I’ve actually learned so much, and to think that there’s so much more I still haven’t tried! Let’s see how much more extra things can get. I seriously feel like I owe it to everyone here, to keep being better and better than the previous month because I wouldn’t be able to produce a new pin every month ( for the past 6 months!!) if this club was empty, so seriously. To everyone that’s here, thank you for letting me make pins and cat girls for a living! Uwuuuuuuuuu

Ahh, sooo! Anywayssss, going baaaack to the glow up, lol, I might remake her, just because! What do y’all think? Should I make her for August’s pin design? Yay, nay? Or should I keep with the secret designs I had in mind? Be honessssst haha, I can take it! ♥︎
