January Photoshop Action: CineStill 800T Halations

this month I've decided to do something a little different: Instead of an After Effects File I would like to give you a Photoshop Action File.
In case you don't know: A Photoshop Action File is similar to a Lightroom Preset - it's a set adjustments that I compressed in one file, that you can load into your Photoshop and apply to your image.
What I decided to make was a fitting add-on to this month's Lightroom Preset. The preset is inspired by the look of CineStill 800T, however an important characteristic is of course still missing: The red halations.
As you can see in the example images I used two photos which I also used as examples for the preset and applied the effect on those, so that you can see what the preset and the action look like together.
I made two versions, one soft version and one strong version. This is important because the required strength will depend on the scene you photographed and also on your personal taste. In the three portraits of me you can see the versions from left to right: None, Soft and then Strong.
Once applied you can still make slight adjustments very easily by simply decreasing the opacity of the effect to reduce it.

I've tried it and it's not that bad, i just decrease the opacity to 5%-15% π
