How much time Lorain will be in developing?

Some of you ask me in private messages "How long Lorain will be in developing?"
I said about it earlier, but I think it was not clearly, so I want to clarify all ^~

Lorain be in progress near to 4 months more, but of course always knows me, it can be 6 months, so counts at 6 months and if it will be faster then we all be much happier ))
Anyway why is developing of Lorain is so fast - it because for Lorain project is all already near fully done in graphic part. Many things which left is in programming part. At this moment I work on mostly hard part - Player Character movements, physics and abilities (like wall jumps, dash, double jump),  this takes really a lot time for programming, because I need to find how to do it, and how to do it with spine animations, and I want to make this looks really good, and make that it feels good and smooth for control, this can take additional half of month I think

AI for enemies is pretty easy, half of them works like just a homing missiles, like leeches, flying eye, ice bot, fluffy, but with bit differences in actions, like leeches goes angry and chase player in short range, but when they lost Lora from their field of view they will stop chasing, flying eye will chase Lora only by strainght lines, ice bot will chase Lora by ground but he will shoot in she, also makes rushing attacks sometimes, and fluffy will simply chase Lora by ground, only one problem that here is much of them ^^ But I not sure that it takes many time

Also I need to finish the bosses, and their animations still not finished

Also I need to build levels with tiles and objects, make few puzzles in levels and etc.

After that I need to test levels

Add to Lora overpowered mode and few new costumes

Finish last ero-animations

And during all this I will add and fix interface


So, graphic part was finished near by 80%, and programming part was finished at this moment by 10% ^^


Also, first versions of game with ero animations can appear during this or next month, because we will add enemies in end of April or in May

mhmmm i would say dash: shiftjump: W, space break free: W, space could work but using the attack button is not a bad idea or maybe mashing W and D to break free overpowered mode: V or B (B is a little far away on the key board so why not T or R if R is not used for reload) attack in OP mode: X or C and X/C is a good place for attacks since it's close to movements Interaction: E is one of the most used buttons for interactions so i'm sure you can stick with that. yea i like this set of buttons

Yes, I thought to add WASD, but I need to know which buttons then better to use for these abilitities if there will be WASD controls: dash jump break free from ero-animation enter in overpowered mode Attack in overpowered mode Interaction I though to use these for arrows: dash: shift jump: up arrow, X, space break free: up arrow, X, space overpowered mode: V attack in OP mode: Z Interaction: F But I totally not sure about buttons in WASD At this moment I planned this: dash: shift jump: W, space break free: W, space overpowered mode: V or B attack in OP mode: X or C Interaction: F or E Maybe you know the better placing for WASD? I can't add ability for player to make it's own buttons at current moment, so I need to plan which will be better

Would you please consider having an option for the movement controls to be WASD? I am much more comfortable playing platformers with WASD, arrow keys are difficult to play with.

No, at version which planned now it is no more level ups, but Lora will get abilities after getting artifacts on levels (wall jumping, dash, overpowering, double jump)
