Bio Fuel Storage: Building A Gasometer

I hope you all like this video! Sorry for the delay since my last one, it feels like keeping my truck running has been a full time job this past month. Lots to do, so little time. I have one more video in editing about wood gassification and then a few more on other subjects coming up shortly after. In the coming months I'd really like to get an engine running on woodgas, and I think I've come up with a method to get the job done that's a lot easier than what has already been done by others. Thanks for watching!

Routing through the bottom would be good so that the tubing doesn't have to be flexible and move with the top. If you didn't make it go all the way to the top of the chamber though you would have to fight against water pressure back filling the tube which my current gassifer couldn't deal with.

Nice one! I realy liked it. I posted the idea for an gasometer under the last vid on youtube. But i had the idea to route the inlet pipe through the bottom. I thougth it had a benefit for some reason :-) Now i thougth about it and it doesnt make sense at all :-) The back pressure is the same no matter how its going in :-) but i would guss, that a more h/r ration of 1 would be better in terms of minimal pressure. Because thats closer to a sphere and that has minimal surface to volume ratio. And the pressure should only depend on the surface area. Anyway. Great vid! Thanks
