POLL: Pick the Next Extended Play Lounge Album

The common thread this time is that none of these bands or artists have yet been included in an EPL episode...and, they're bands fronted by women or female solo artists (which fits in with this month's overall theme.) I've heard a few songs from each of these albums...help me pick the one to listen to first!

As much as I love Kate Bush, The Dreaming is not one of my favorite albums by her. IMHO, Joni Mitchell's Blue is way better. My favorite KB albums are her first two, The Kick Inside and Lionheart. They are absolute masterpieces.

2025-03-22 19:33:02 +0000 UTCMuch as I love The Dreaming, I voted for Liege and Lief. What a stunning album, and folk rock as a genre is woefully underappreciated. Maybe someday we can get you to do some Steeleye Span? "Parcel of Rogues" or "All Around My Hat" or "Commoner's Crown"...
