Difficulties and Bullshit in Life

As for the actual difficulties, I'm having a very hard time figuring out how to animate Zone-tan's sweater. That band that drapes around her shoulder and across the chest... like how does it work? I need like reference videos for off the shoulder sweater dresses but I can't find any good ones.
