I'd start out by seeing if you can find some of the old collections of "positive fortune cookie" like messages that used to appear in various toy applications. Some people would probably want religious affirmations. Personally I'd strongly prefer not to have religion mixed in with my positive thoughts (mostly because it's very not-relevant to my life, I don't generally find it offensive).
