Ok so the problem is in your project and yes probably a package missing. Are you in URP? Do you have Shader Graph and Visual Effect Graph installed?

Hello, I did but it doesn't work. Your project is working. But when I throw it into my own project, it comes out as a red blue dot. I wonder if I need a package to run them. I couldn't assign any of them to my own project

Yes, I opened it in that version and it works now. But how do I transfer the project file to my own project? It doesn't work. Is this only working in my project that you prepared?

Hi, did you try to open with Unity Hub and with a similar Unity version 2021.3? That's all you have to do for the project to work. Let me know how it goes.
