Chapter 3 - deleted Patchilles scene (TSOA)
Added 2022-05-19 16:32:11 +0000 UTCChapter three has a couple flashbacks, including this younger Patchilles moment (drawn in orange) where I was fiddling a bit with The Song Of Achilles stuff. Alas, i think it's cutting room floor for young pat and achilles talking ๐ The chapter feels stronger when the flashbacks are silent and less distracting
This dialogue+sketches are emotional placeholders, but it's good enough to get the gist. This was a fun little idea and I might try one more time to save it, but ๐ ๐ฅ RIP!!!!!!!!!

even if u can't it's a really sweet section that can stand pretty well on its own. it would be v nice to maybe release publically after all of ease off is out?? or include in the backstage notes or something.. it's just so lovely, it deserves to be seen ๐ค๐ค

2022-05-20 08:50:07 +0000 UTCOH NOOO I love this scene so much and I remember all the way the heck back when u trying to figure out how to draw them young-looking!!! it's such a good scene for character developement and it just FEELS good and looks so good so I'm bummed to see it being cut, but if the chapter is stronger without it then that's just how the zagchilles cookie crumbles ๐.. I could totally see how this diversion could detract from the Point.. gosh u are full of so much Wisdom
