The King Of Fighters TG TF Final Part: Awakening

The lab was quiet, a tense anticipation filling the air as the ten transformed combatants remained strapped to their metallic tables, unconscious. Dr. Morioka, overseeing the entire process from his control platform, was ready to unveil his perfected creations. These were no longer ordinary people; they were now reprogrammed warriors from the King of Fighters universe, their old identities erased, their new personas fully integrated.

The fighters lay in their respective places—Angel, Jenet, Shermie, Mai Shiranui, Isla, Lien Neville, along with the recently added Blue Mary, Kula Diamond, Athena Asamiya, and Leona Heidern. They were still under the deep hypnosis, breathing steadily as their bodies rested before the chaos that awaited them. The tables were faced upwards where all of them can stand after the restraints open up.

Dr. Morioka gave a slight nod to his assistants. “It’s time to wake them.”

The combatants were wheeled into the underground arena one by one. The massive space was surrounded by towering walls and advanced machinery, every inch designed for combat. The fighters were placed in a circular formation at the center, each strapped to a table, unaware of their surroundings as the final stage of Morioka's plan began.

A large mechanical device stood at the center of the arena, its needle-like injectors poised to deliver the awakening serum—a chemical compound designed to mimic adrenaline, heightening their senses and jolting them into combat readiness.

As Morioka gave the order, the device activated. Its mechanical arms moved toward the fighters’ necks with surgical precision. One by one, the injectors pierced their skin, injecting the chemical deep into their bloodstream. The reaction was immediate. Their bodies twitched and convulsed briefly as the serum took effect.

Angel was the first to awaken, her eyes snapping open. She groaned as her muscles tightened with a surge of power. Her new body felt electric, charged with adrenaline. “Mmm... that’s more like it,” she purred, her voice sultry and confident. The restraints around her wrists clicked open, and she stretched her arms, rolling her neck.

Next was Shermie, whose long red hair spilled across the table as she stirred. She smiled lazily, her lips curling into a smirk. “Is it time to dance already?” she asked, her voice playful yet dangerous, thanks to the voice modulator implanted in her throat.

Mai Shiranui woke next, leaping up with startling agility as soon as her restraints released. Her sharp eyes scanned the arena, her instincts already on alert. Silent, but ready to act, she flexed her fingers, feeling the surge of power within her.

Jenet Behrn was next to awaken. Her vision was blurred, but as it slowly cleared, she noticed the restraints released her landing on her feet despite wearing heels groaning at the sudden rush of sensations in her enhanced body. Panic surged through her as she struggled against the bindings, her heart pounding in her chest. The last thing she remembered was being abducted, and now, here she was—trapped in an unfamiliar place, her mind and body altered by the sadistic whims of Dr. Morioka.

Isla, ever rebellious, groaned as she rubbed her neck where the injector had pierced her skin. “Ugh... What kind of wake-up call was that?” she muttered, while her phantom hands, Amanda, flickered into existence, swirling lazily around her as she sat up.

Across from her, Lien Neville—once known as Mika—opened her eyes slowly. Her new identity, cold and calculating, took over immediately. “I’m ready,” she said, her voice steady and robotic from the implanted voice changer, betraying no emotion. She flexed her muscles under the tight, constricting combat suit, fully embracing her new body.

Blue Mary blinked awake, her sharp instincts kicking in almost immediately. She sat up quickly, her well-trained body reacting to the adrenaline rush. “Looks like it’s showtime,” she muttered, adjusting the black-and-yellow leather of her suit. The mixture of combat readiness and excitement gleamed in her eyes as she clenched her fists.

Kula Diamond, still calm, slowly opened her ice-blue eyes. She sat up gracefully, a cold aura surrounding her as she flicked her hand, summoning a brief flash of her cryokinetic power. “It’s time,” she whispered, her soft voice still cold and emotionless. Her long, icy hair glistened under the lights.

Athena Asamiya woke next, her bright eyes fluttering open. As soon as the restraints clicked free, she gracefully rose from the table, a serene expression on her face. “I’m ready,” she said softly, her voice filled with determination, the power of her psychic abilities already swirling around her.

Leona Heidern was the last to wake, her eyes snapping open in a flash of icy intensity. Her body tensed as the familiar feeling of adrenaline rushed through her system. “I’ll follow orders,” she muttered under her breath, ever the soldier. Her muscular body flexed as she prepared for battle, the restraint cuffs falling away.

From his elevated platform, Dr. Morioka watched as each of the ten fighters stirred and awoke, their new identities fully in control. His heart raced with excitement as he gazed down at his perfect creations. This was the culmination of his work—the tournament was about to begin.

“Good morning, my warriors,” Morioka’s voice boomed through the arena, amplified by speakers embedded in the walls. “I trust you’re all feeling refreshed. Today marks the beginning of a grand tournament—one that will test the limits of your strength, skill, and loyalty.”

The fighters, now fully awake and aware of their surroundings, began to rise from their tables. They looked at one another, taking in the competition with calculated stares.

“Each of you has been reborn,” Morioka continued, his tone commanding. “You are no longer who you once were. You are warriors, and your purpose is simple: fight.”

Blue Mary cracked her knuckles, her gaze sharp. “Ready for whatever comes,” she said with a confident smirk.

Athena, with a more thoughtful expression, closed her eyes briefly before opening them with a sense of determination. “Let’s do this.”

Leona, standing tall, her eyes cold, nodded. “I’ll complete my mission,” she stated firmly.

The others—Angel, Shermie, Isla, Lien, Jenet, Kula, Mai—each prepared in their own way, psyching themselves up for the combat to come.

Dr. Morioka grinned as he watched his fighters come to life. “Today, you will fight in pairs,” he announced. “This is the first round of the tournament, and only the strongest will rise to the top. Victory is your only option. Defeat means oblivion.”

With that, the restraints on each table released fully, allowing the fighters to step down onto the cold arena floor. They were free to move, but mentally bound to Morioka’s commands, programmed to obey his every word.

Angel, always the playful one, cracked her neck and grinned. “Let’s get this party started, shall we?”

Shermie, stretching lazily, eyed her fellow competitors. “This should be fun,” she said with a sly smile.

The other fighters—Mai, Isla, Lien, Blue Mary, Kula, Athena, Leona, and Jenet—stood ready, each preparing mentally and physically for the battles ahead. The adrenaline pumped through their veins, heightening their senses, making them faster, stronger, deadlier.

Dr. Morioka watched with satisfaction, knowing that each of these transformed combatants had been perfectly crafted for this moment. The tournament was about to begin, and the world would soon witness the power of his creations.

“Let the tournament commence!” Morioka shouted from above.

The fighters, now fully awake and ready for battle, stood at the ready. The tournament had begun, and the fate of these once-normal individuals, now transformed into deadly KOF warriors, would be decided in the arena.

The arena echoed with the sounds of footsteps as the fighters began to take their positions. The first match was moments away.

Round 1: Angel vs. Lien Neville

The arena’s cold, metallic floor gleamed under the fluorescent lights, and the air was thick with tension as the tournament began. The first fighters to step forward were Angel and Lien Neville, two deadly combatants now completely transformed. Both had undergone intense physical enhancements, and their new identities controlled them, wiping away any trace of the people they had been before.

Angel, ever confident and playful, cracked her knuckles, her lips curling into a seductive grin. “Let’s have some fun, shall we?” she teased, rolling her neck to loosen her muscles. Her voice, now permanently modulated thanks to the voice changer, had an almost hypnotic quality.

Across from her, Lien Neville, the once-cold assassin, stood with her arms crossed. Her blonde ponytail swayed behind her, and her eyes were icy, filled with an unwavering focus. “This is just another mission to complete,” she stated flatly, her voice a low monotone. Her leather combat suit clung to her body, her enhanced musculature rippling underneath.

With a snap of Morioka’s fingers from the control room, the battle was on. Angel immediately dashed forward, her speed incredible thanks to her enhanced reflexes. She moved like lightning, a blur of white and black as she threw a powerful punch aimed at Lien’s head.

Lien was ready. With a sharp intake of breath, she twisted her body, narrowly dodging the punch. Her counterattack was swift—a powerful roundhouse kick that connected with Angel’s ribs. The impact was loud, like a crack of thunder, but Angel barely flinched. The pain tolerance enhancers coursing through her veins made it feel like nothing more than a tickle. Blood sprayed from the impact, but Angel wiped it from her mouth with a grin.

“Not bad, chica,” Angel smirked, twisting her body into a low stance. “But I’m just getting started!”

Angel’s next attack was brutal—she lunged at Lien, grabbing her by the throat with one hand and slamming her into the ground with an earth-shattering thud. Lien let out a groan of pain, but her eyes remained cold, her body recovering quickly. Her enhanced healing factor kicked in, and despite the broken ribs she could feel piercing her insides, she ignored the pain and retaliated.

Lien kneed Angel in the stomach with enough force to make her vomit blood. She followed up with a crushing elbow to Angel’s spine, causing a loud crack to echo through the arena. Angel’s body twisted in pain, her face contorted as her spine momentarily gave way. But, thanks to the enhancers, the pain was not a deterrent—it was fuel for her rage.

Without a moment of hesitation, Angel flipped backward, landing on her feet and charging at Lien again. This time, she aimed low, sweeping Lien’s legs out from under her. Lien hit the ground hard, but before she could recover, Angel was on her, grabbing her by the hair and smashing her face repeatedly into the cold, hard floor. Blood splattered across the arena, a mix of crimson and bone as Lien’s face became a mangled mess.

But Lien wouldn’t go down that easily. With a burst of energy, she reached into her suit, activating her Energy Geyser ability. Slamming her fist into the ground, a massive shockwave of blue energy erupted from beneath her, sending Angel flying backward. The force was incredible, leaving a crater in the arena floor and covering both fighters in dirt and debris.

Angel wiped blood from her nose, smiling through the crimson stains. “Oh, now that’s more like it.”

Lien, her face bruised and covered in blood, stood tall, glaring at Angel through swollen eyes. “I will end this,” she declared coldly.

Both women charged at each other again, their bodies bruised, bloody, and broken, yet still moving at full speed thanks to their lab enhancements. Angel delivered a devastating uppercut to Lien’s jaw, sending her airborne, but Lien, with a final surge of strength, twisted in mid-air and grabbed Angel by the neck. In one fluid motion, Lien drove her knee into Angel’s face, shattering her nose with a sickening crunch. Blood poured from Angel’s face, her once-playful grin now gone, replaced by rage.

With her opponent stunned, Lien activated her satellite weapon. “Shien Ose!” she called out in her emotionless voice. From above, a massive laser beam descended from the arena’s ceiling, pinpointing Angel’s location and firing with blinding speed. The blast was deafening, an explosion of light and energy that incinerated the area where Angel stood.

When the light cleared, Angel lay in a smoking crater, her body twitching and smoking from the intense heat. Despite her condition, she slowly stood up, a twisted grin on her blood-soaked face. “That... was fun,” she whispered before collapsing to the ground unconscious.

Winner: Lien Neville

Round 2: Mai Shiranui vs. Kula Diamond

The arena was still wet with blood as the second round began. This time, it was Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond who stepped forward, the fiery kunoichi versus the ice-wielding warrior.

Mai, her body still sleek and agile despite the brutal enhancements, twirled her fan gracefully in one hand. Her long red hair trailed behind her like fire. She flashed a confident smirk at her opponent. “Let’s see how you handle the heat, ice girl.”

Kula, with her icy blue eyes and emotionless expression, stood calmly, frost forming around her fingertips. “I’ll make this quick,” she said coldly, summoning her cryokinetic powers.

Mai was the first to attack, her speed unmatched as she dashed toward Kula. She leaped into the air, spinning like a tornado as she unleashed a flurry of kicks toward Kula. Each kick was accompanied by a burst of flame, turning the air around them into a fiery inferno.

But Kula was unfazed. With a flick of her wrist, she created a barrier of ice, blocking each of Mai’s fiery attacks with ease. The fire and ice clashed in mid-air, sending steam rising into the arena.

“I’m not impressed,” Kula said, her voice cold and emotionless. She retaliated by summoning a massive pillar of ice from the ground, aiming to impale Mai.

Mai dodged just in time, the ice pillar missing her by inches. “You’ll have to try harder than that!” she taunted, throwing a series of flaming shurikens at Kula.

Kula deflected the shurikens with ease, but the heat was starting to take its toll. Her icy aura flickered as the arena heated up from Mai’s relentless fire attacks.

Mai knew she had to end this quickly. With a final burst of speed, she charged at Kula, her body engulfed in flames. She unleashed her ultimate attack, the Kachou Sen, sending a massive wave of fire crashing toward Kula.

But Kula was ready. With a flick of her wrist, she summoned all her remaining power, creating a massive ice shield to block the attack. The fire and ice collided in a spectacular explosion, sending shockwaves through the arena.

When the dust settled, both fighters stood panting, their bodies bruised and battered. Kula, barely able to stand, glared at Mai with icy determination. “I... won’t lose,” she whispered, summoning one final burst of ice.

But Mai was faster. With a final, deadly strike, she landed a flaming kick directly to Kula’s chest, sending her flying backward. Kula hit the ground hard, her body skidding across the arena floor, leaving a trail of blood in her wake.

Winner: Mai Shiranui

Round 3: Blue Mary vs. Athena Asamiya

The next two fighters entered the blood-stained arena: Blue Mary, the tough-as-nails grappler, and Athena Asamiya, the psychic pop idol. Blue Mary had a no-nonsense look in her eyes, her blonde hair tied back, her leather jacket open, exposing her muscular frame enhanced by the suit. She cracked her knuckles, her body feeling practically indestructible after all the enhancements.

Athena stood across from her, her schoolgirl outfit sharply contrasting with the brutality of the environment. She was calm, her psychic energy glowing around her in a violet aura. “I’m sorry, but I won’t hold back,” Athena said softly, her voice carrying a strange, serene confidence.

As soon as Morioka gave the signal, Blue Mary charged forward with incredible speed. She ducked low and aimed a brutal kick at Athena’s legs, intending to knock her off balance. Athena’s eyes flashed, and she leapt into the air, a telekinetic force propelling her out of harm’s way. In midair, she summoned a psychic projectile, launching it straight at Blue Mary.

The attack hit Blue Mary square in the chest, sending her skidding backward. A normal person would have been incapacitated, but Mary barely grunted, her pain tolerance allowing her to shrug off the blow. She lunged again, this time aiming for a grapple.

Athena, her psychic powers flaring, tried to maintain distance, throwing waves of energy blasts at Mary. But Mary was relentless, dodging, weaving, and inching closer with every step. Finally, she managed to get close enough, grabbing Athena by the waist and lifting her off the ground in a devastating suplex.

With Athena dazed from the impact, Mary didn’t relent. She slammed Athena into the ground again, blood spraying from the psychic warrior’s mouth. But even through the pain, Athena’s eyes began to glow brightly. Summoning her Shining Crystal Bit, she unleashed a burst of psychic energy, sending Mary flying backward in a flash of light.

Mary landed hard, her back slamming against the arena wall. She groaned, blood dripping from her nose, but still, she stood. “You’ll need more than that to stop me!” she roared, charging forward once more.

Athena, still on the ground, summoned her last reserve of psychic energy. With a cry, she unleashed a massive psychic wave, but it was too late. Blue Mary was on her, grabbing her by the throat and lifting her off the ground. With a final, bone-crushing throw, Mary slammed Athena into the ground, knocking her unconscious.

Winner: Blue Mary

Round 4: Leona Heidern vs. Shermie

The next round saw Leona, the cold, calculating soldier, against Shermie, the electrifying fighter. Leona, her stoic expression unreadable, checked the explosives strapped to her belt, her enhanced body ready for war. Shermie, on the other hand, smiled playfully, her fingers crackling with electrical energy.

“This’ll be fun,” Shermie teased, tossing her hair back, electricity dancing around her body. Leona simply nodded, her face emotionless, her eyes focused entirely on her opponent.

Leona wasted no time, immediately throwing a grenade in Shermie’s direction. Shermie’s eyes widened, and she flipped backward, avoiding the explosion by inches. The blast sent shards of metal flying, embedding themselves into the ground where Shermie had just stood.

“You’re so serious!” Shermie laughed, but her expression turned deadly as she rushed forward, her hands crackling with energy. She swung at Leona with lightning-fast strikes, each one sizzling with electricity.

Leona blocked the first few strikes with her arms, the electricity stinging her skin but not enough to slow her down. She retaliated with a quick punch to Shermie’s stomach, causing the electrified fighter to gasp in pain. But Shermie recovered quickly, spinning around and landing a shocking slap to Leona’s face, sending volts of electricity coursing through her body.

Leona grunted, her muscles tensing under the surge of electricity. But rather than backing off, she activated her Moon Slasher, summoning a massive blade of energy and slashing it toward Shermie.

Shermie, her reflexes enhanced, barely managed to dodge, but the energy blade sliced through her side, leaving a deep, bloody wound. She gasped in pain, clutching her side as blood poured from the wound, but her grin remained. “That hurt... but I’m still in this!”

With a roar, Shermie unleashed her full power, her entire body becoming a conduit for electricity. She charged at Leona with blinding speed, delivering a series of electrified kicks and punches, each one sending volts of energy through Leona’s body.

But Leona was prepared. As Shermie closed in, Leona activated the explosives on her belt, tossing them at Shermie’s feet. The explosion was massive, sending both fighters flying in opposite directions. Shermie’s body was covered in burns and shrapnel, her skin charred and bleeding from the impact. She struggled to get up, but her body was failing her.

Leona, battered but still standing, approached Shermie. Without a word, she delivered a final, brutal kick to Shermie’s head, knocking her unconscious.

Winner: Leona Heidern

Round 5: Isis vs. B. Jenet

The final match of the round was between Isis, the transformed fighter with immense strength, and B. Jenet, the pirate queen. Isis, her muscular form rippling under her suit, flexed her enhanced body, feeling the power coursing through her veins. Jenet, with her smug grin and playful demeanor, adjusted her gloves, ready for battle.

“This is going to be fun, darling,” Jenet teased, her pirate outfit fluttering as she twirled her sword. Isis remained silent, her eyes narrowed with deadly focus.

Jenet was the first to move, dashing toward Isis with a graceful swing of her sword. Isis dodged effortlessly, her enhanced speed allowing her to avoid the blade with ease. She countered with a powerful punch aimed at Jenet’s stomach.

Jenet, agile and quick, sidestepped the punch, but Isis followed up with a devastating uppercut that caught Jenet off guard, sending her flying backward. Jenet grunted as she hit the ground, blood dripping from her mouth. But she quickly recovered, flipping back onto her feet.

With a snarl, Isis charged again, her strength unmatched as she aimed to crush Jenet under her fists. But Jenet, ever the strategist, activated her Harrier Bee attack, launching herself into the air and delivering a series of rapid-fire kicks to Isis’s head.

The blows landed, but Isis barely felt them. Her pain tolerance was too high, and Jenet’s attacks, while fast, lacked the raw power needed to bring her down. Isis grabbed Jenet by the leg in mid-air and slammed her into the ground with a sickening crunch, blood splattering across the floor.

Jenet, struggling to breathe, tried to crawl away, but Isis wasn’t finished. She grabbed Jenet by the hair and lifted her off the ground, preparing to deliver a final, crushing blow. But before she could strike, Jenet activated her Pirate Queen’s Wrath, summoning a tidal wave of energy that crashed into Isis, knocking her back.

Isis staggered but didn’t fall. She wiped the blood from her face and charged at Jenet again. This time, there was no stopping her. With a final, bone-shattering punch, she slammed her fist into Jenet’s chest, breaking several ribs and knocking the pirate queen unconscious.

Winner: Isis

Round 6: Kula Diamond vs. Blue Mary

The arena, still slick with blood from the previous matches, prepared itself for the next bout as Kula Diamond stepped into the ring. Her icy demeanor matched the frosty aura that surrounded her, eyes cold and detached. Across from her stood Blue Mary, the tough grappler who had already secured one victory. Mary flexed her muscular arms, cracking her knuckles as her eyes locked on Kula.

“You ready, kid?” Blue Mary said, her voice rough but laced with a bit of respect for the younger fighter.

Kula didn’t respond with words. Instead, her eyes narrowed, and the temperature in the arena dropped several degrees. The frost swirling around her intensified, and she summoned a spear of ice to her hand. She charged forward without a word, her attack swift and lethal.

Kula opened with a flurry of ice projectiles, her hands moving gracefully as she launched them toward Blue Mary. Mary ducked and weaved, avoiding the attacks, though the cold bit at her skin. She closed the gap quickly, aiming to grapple Kula and end the fight with her raw strength.

Kula’s eyes widened, and at the last second, she slid under Mary’s grasp, her body turning into a sheet of ice as she slipped past the grapple. With a swift motion, she spun around and kicked, sending a shard of ice into Mary’s back.

Mary grunted in pain as the sharp ice pierced her skin, blood staining the cold weapon. But she ignored the pain, her enhanced body giving her the ability to push through it. She turned and grabbed Kula by the arm, yanking her into the air and slamming her to the ground with a brutal suplex. The ground cracked under the force, and Kula gasped, her head ringing from the impact.

Kula’s vision blurred, but she wasn’t out yet. She summoned a blizzard around her, the arena filling with swirling snow and ice. Mary’s movements slowed as the cold numbed her muscles, but she kept pushing forward, determination in her eyes. Kula, taking advantage of the frost’s grip on Mary, unleashed her Diamond Edge, a massive wave of ice that shot across the arena.

Mary had no choice but to take the hit. The icy wave slammed into her, freezing her legs to the ground. Her teeth gritted, her body shivering as the ice encased her lower half. Kula approached, her hand glowing with cold energy, ready to deliver the final blow.

But just as Kula raised her hand to strike, Mary let out a roar of defiance. With a burst of sheer strength, she broke free from the ice, her body surging forward. In a flash, Mary wrapped her arms around Kula and performed her Deadly Throw, lifting the ice wielder into the air and slamming her headfirst into the ground.

Kula’s body crumpled, blood pooling beneath her as she lay unconscious.

Winner: Blue Mary

Round 7: Athena Asamiya vs. Leona Heidern

Next, the psychic idol Athena Asamiya and the ruthless soldier Leona Heidern entered the arena. Leona’s eyes were cold and calculating, while Athena maintained her serene composure, her psychic powers rippling just beneath the surface.

“I respect your power,” Athena said calmly, her voice soothing yet firm. “But I won’t allow you to hurt me.”

Leona merely grunted, unsheathing her combat knife and gripping it tightly. Her training as a soldier took over, and she assessed Athena’s movements, ready to strike with lethal precision.

Athena started the fight by creating a psychic barrier around herself, protecting her from Leona’s initial rush. Leona, undeterred, launched a series of grenades at Athena, each one exploding with deadly force. The blasts shook the arena, but Athena’s barrier held firm, shimmering with psychic energy.

As the smoke cleared, Athena retaliated with a Psycho Ball attack, launching a glowing sphere of energy toward Leona. Leona dodged the attack effortlessly and rolled toward Athena, closing the distance in seconds. With a swift motion, Leona slashed at Athena with her knife, aiming for a critical strike.

Athena deflected the attack with her Psycho Sword, a psychic blade that materialized in her hand. The two women clashed, sparks of psychic and physical energy flying as they exchanged blows. Leona’s strikes were precise and deadly, while Athena’s movements were fluid and graceful, each attack backed by her powerful mind.

As the fight wore on, Leona began to grow frustrated. Athena’s psychic abilities allowed her to evade and counter nearly every attack. In a moment of desperation, Leona activated her V-Slasher, leaping into the air and summoning a massive blade of energy. She aimed the attack directly at Athena, intending to end the fight in one decisive blow.

Athena saw the attack coming and gathered all her psychic power. With a shout, she unleashed her Shining Crystal Bit, a brilliant burst of psychic energy that collided with Leona’s V-Slasher. The explosion was deafening, and the arena was bathed in a blinding light.

When the dust settled, both women were on the ground, bloodied and battered. But only one stood back up.

Leona, breathing heavily, wiped the blood from her mouth and staggered to her feet.

Winner: Leona Heidern

Round 2:

The arena grew tense as the victors of the first round prepared for their next set of battles. The lighting overhead cast long, eerie shadows across the combatants as they stood, battle-worn yet invigorated by the adrenaline and pain tolerance enhancers coursing through their bodies. Dr. Morioka’s voice boomed through the speakers, announcing the next matchups for the second round.

Round 1: Lien Neville vs. Mai Shiranui

The air between them crackled with intensity as Lien and Mai squared off, each calculating the other’s movements. Lien, her tight, constricting suit gleaming under the lights, clenched her fists as she prepared to unleash her devastating close-combat skills. Mai, on the other hand, stayed light on her feet, her kunoichi grace in sharp contrast to Lien’s ruthless efficiency.

Without warning, Lien stomped the ground, causing an energy geyser to erupt beneath Mai’s feet. Mai barely dodged, flipping backward with incredible agility, her body moving like a blur. She countered with a flurry of flame-laden fans, sending them flying toward Lien, the air rippling with heat as they whistled through the arena.

Lien gritted her teeth, dodging most of the fans, but one sliced across her arm, drawing blood. She smirked, unfazed by the pain. Her body felt no fear—only a twisted sense of purpose. She rushed Mai with brutal speed, grabbing her by the neck and slamming her into the ground with enough force to crack the floor beneath them.

Mai gasped for air, her vision swimming, but she wasn’t done yet. She ignited her entire body in flames and twisted her lithe form out of Lien’s grasp, kicking her away with a fiery tornado that burned across Lien’s torso. Lien’s skin blistered, but she didn’t flinch.

They clashed again in a dizzying display of skill and savagery, both landing brutal hits. But it was Lien’s energy geyser that decided the match. She slammed her fist into the ground, and a massive column of raw energy exploded upward, catching Mai square in the chest. Mai screamed as she was launched into the air, her body a ragdoll as it hit the ground with a sickening thud. Blood pooled around her as she lay unconscious.

Winner: Lien Neville

Dr. Morioka nodded approvingly as Lien stood tall, her body trembling with adrenaline and rage.

Round 2: Blue Mary vs. Leona Heidern

The next match paired two highly trained military combatants: Blue Mary, with her expert grappling and raw strength, against Leona Heidern, the deadly and precise assassin.

Leona’s eyes, cold and focused, locked onto Mary as soon as the fight started. She wasted no time, charging forward with a flurry of slashes from her knife, but Mary was ready. She caught Leona’s wrist mid-strike, twisting her arm and flipping her over in one fluid motion, the ground cracking beneath Leona’s weight as she landed.

Leona rolled away, springing to her feet, unfazed by the brutal takedown. Blood dripped from her split lip, but she ignored it. She activated her Moon Slasher, a glowing crescent of energy erupting from her arm as she swung at Mary. Mary ducked under the slash, but the energy caught her across the side, sending a spray of blood across the floor.

With a growl, Mary retaliated, grabbing Leona by the waist and lifting her into a devastating German suplex. The impact shook the arena, and Leona’s head snapped back with a sickening crunch. Still, she fought on, flipping back to her feet with inhuman endurance thanks to the enhancements from the lab.

The fight became a brutal dance of strikes and counters. Leona’s energy-infused attacks clashed with Mary’s raw power and grappling mastery. Blood flowed freely, their bodies battered and broken, but neither showed any sign of stopping.

Finally, Leona unleashed her V-Slasher, a powerful aerial move that sliced through the air like a guillotine. Mary barely dodged, but the force of the attack left her open. Leona seized the moment, wrapping a garrote wire around Mary’s neck and yanking her to the ground.

Gasping for breath, Mary clawed at the wire, but Leona’s strength was unrelenting. With one final, brutal pull, Leona ended the match, leaving Mary unconscious on the floor, blood dripping from her throat.

Winner: Leona Heidern

Dr. Morioka watched the carnage unfold with a sinister smile. His plan was progressing perfectly. The strongest fighters were emerging, and soon, the true purpose of the tournament would be revealed. For now, though, the next round awaited. The remaining combatants would fight to the death, their identities and wills already broken, reduced to mere pawns in Morioka’s grand experiment.

The tournament was far from over.

The arena grew colder as the remaining champions stood at the edge of their fate, their breaths visible in the dim, fog-covered lights. Blood from the previous rounds had barely dried on the floor, and the distant, echoing hum of Dr. Morioka’s machines continued to provide a sinister backdrop. The final matchups were about to begin, and only one fighter would stand victorious. The pain tolerance enhancers had pushed them all beyond human endurance, but with that came a terrifying brutality—each combatant was now a finely-tuned weapon, fully aware that only one could walk away from the madness.

Final Round 1: Lien Neville vs. Leona Heidern

The first of the final matchups brought together Lien Neville and Leona Heidern, two deadly assassins, each with their own brand of merciless efficiency. They faced each other without speaking, their eyes cold, minds focused only on survival. The air between them was thick with unspoken tension, and when the signal to begin was given, they lunged at each other with terrifying speed.

Lien wasted no time, activating her Energy Geyser immediately, sending a blast of raw energy straight at Leona. Leona dodged the eruption just in time, but the force of the geyser ripped through the ground, sending shards of debris flying through the air. Leona retaliated with a rapid-fire series of Moon Slasher attacks, her blade of energy cutting through the debris like butter, aiming straight for Lien's torso.

Lien caught the first slash with her forearm, the energy blade slicing through her sleeve and searing the skin beneath. Blood sprayed from the wound, but she didn't falter. With a roar, she closed the distance, delivering a brutal punch to Leona’s gut. The impact sent a shockwave through Leona's body, and the two women became a blur of punches, kicks, and energy attacks as they fought with no room for hesitation.

Leona, desperate to gain the upper hand, unleashed her V-Slasher, jumping into the air with a trail of energy following her like a comet. She descended toward Lien with the deadly strike, but Lien had been expecting it. With a well-timed leap, Lien avoided the full impact of the attack, though Leona's energy still grazed her side, leaving another deep wound.

Lien's focus sharpened as she pushed through the pain. Her eyes flicked toward the ground as she made her final move. With a sudden burst of energy, she slammed her fist into the floor, summoning a massive geyser that engulfed Leona from below. The ground exploded with a torrent of power, and Leona's scream was drowned out by the roar of the energy. Her body was lifted off the ground and tossed across the arena like a ragdoll, slamming into the wall with bone-shattering force.

When the dust settled, Leona lay still, her body broken, blood pooling beneath her.

Winner: Lien Neville

Final Round 2: Blue Mary vs. Isis

The next battle brought together Blue Mary, the tough-as-nails grappler, and the unpredictable and chaotic Isis, whose phantom hands Amanda had proven deadly in previous rounds.

Mary, still feeling the bruises and cuts from her earlier match, squared off against Isis with a determined glare. Isis, always cocky, smirked as Amanda floated menacingly around her, glowing with purple energy.

"You ready for this?" Isis taunted, her voice playful yet dripping with malice. "Or do you want to save yourself the embarrassment?"

Mary didn’t respond. Instead, she charged forward, aiming to close the gap and use her raw strength to take control of the fight. Isis responded by sending Amanda to meet her, the phantom hands lashing out with rapid, concussive blows. Mary ducked and weaved through the strikes, moving with a level of agility that surprised Isis.

Mary managed to grab hold of one of Amanda's hands and swung Isis off her feet, slamming her into the ground. The impact was brutal, the floor cracking beneath Isis as she gasped for air. But even as her body ached, she grinned. Amanda pulsed with energy, lifting her back to her feet, and with a flick of her wrist, she sent Mary flying back with a powerful blast.

Mary hit the ground hard, rolling to her feet, blood dripping from her forehead. She wiped the blood away with the back of her hand and charged again, determined not to let Isis control the pace of the fight. This time, when Amanda came at her, Mary was ready. She slipped past the phantom hands and grabbed Isis by the neck, lifting her into the air before delivering a devastating suplex.

Isis’ body hit the ground with a sickening thud, but Amanda reacted almost immediately, wrapping around Mary and squeezing with bone-crushing force. Mary grunted in pain, her ribs cracking under the pressure, but she fought through it, grabbing hold of Amanda’s energy form and wrenching it away.

With a roar, Mary delivered a powerful spinning kick to Isis’ chest, sending her crashing to the ground. She followed up by stomping down on Isis’ chest, knocking the wind out of her and leaving her coughing up blood. Isis tried to summon Amanda again, but her strength was fading.

Mary saw her opportunity. With one final, brutal move, she wrapped her arms around Isis’ waist and lifted her into the air, delivering a bone-crunching German suplex that knocked Isis out cold.

Winner: Blue Mary

Final Round 3: Lien Neville vs. Blue Mary – The Final Battle

The final match was set. Lien Neville and Blue Mary, the last two standing, faced each other in the bloodstained arena. Both women were battered and bruised, their bodies pushed to the brink, but neither was willing to give up now.

Lien, still bleeding from her earlier wounds, clenched her fists, her cold eyes locked on Mary. Mary, her ribs aching and her muscles screaming in pain, squared off with determination. This was the fight that would decide everything.

The moment the signal was given, they rushed at each other. Lien opened with her Energy Geyser, but Mary dodged the initial blast, closing the gap with terrifying speed. She grabbed Lien by the arm and twisted, trying to take her down with a grapple, but Lien countered with a knee to Mary’s stomach, doubling her over.

Lien capitalized on the moment, driving her elbow into Mary’s spine and sending her crashing to the ground. She stomped down on Mary’s back, blood splattering with each impact. But Mary wasn’t done. With a grunt of effort, she grabbed Lien’s leg and twisted, sending Lien off balance and crashing to the ground.

The two women rolled across the floor, locked in a deadly struggle. Lien’s fists were like iron, each punch aimed to cripple, but Mary’s grappling skills kept her one step ahead. They were both moving on pure instinct, their bodies pushed beyond normal human limits thanks to Morioka’s enhancements.

In a final, desperate move, Lien activated her Energy Geyser, the explosion of energy blasting Mary across the arena. But Mary wasn’t done yet. She staggered to her feet, blood dripping from her mouth, and charged one last time. She ducked under Lien’s punch, grabbed her by the waist, and lifted her into the air.

With a roar of triumph, Mary slammed Lien into the ground with a devastating piledriver. The impact was so brutal that Lien didn’t get back up.

Winner: Blue Mary

Dr. Morioka smiled as Blue Mary stood victorious, bloodied but unbroken. The tournament was over, and he had his champion.

The arena, once filled with the roar of battle, now stood in an eerie silence. Bloodstains marked the ground, a grim reminder of the violence and chaos that had taken place. The once-lively crowd had dispersed, leaving only the aftermath of Dr. Morioka’s twisted tournament.

Amidst the silence, the victor emerged—Blue Mary, battered and bruised but triumphant. She had fought through every round with determination, her enhanced abilities and relentless fighting spirit bringing her the final victory. The pain tolerance enhancers had allowed her to push past her limits, enduring the agony of battle while unleashing her most brutal techniques. Her victory came not just through skill, but through sheer willpower.

As Blue Mary stood in the center of the arena, her breath heavy but steady, she glanced around at the defeated combatants who lay scattered across the battlefield. Lien Neville, Leona Heidern, and Isis were among them, unconscious or barely moving, their bodies marked by the violence they had endured. They, too, had fought valiantly, but Blue Mary had outlasted them all.

From above, Dr. Morioka watched with a pleased, yet calculating expression. He descended from the observation platform, slowly walking toward the victor. The sound of his footsteps echoed through the empty arena. Behind him, a team of scientists and medical personnel followed, ready to deal with the fallen fighters.

“Congratulations, Mary,” Morioka said, his voice cold and calculated. “You have proven to be the strongest of them all. You’re the perfect specimen, the culmination of my experiment.”

Blue Mary clenched her fists, her knuckles white from the tension. “This wasn’t about proving strength,” she said, her voice low and full of anger. “You forced us into this… You used us like we were nothing but toys in your twisted game.”

Morioka tilted his head, unbothered by her words. “I gave you power, Mary. I gave all of you power. You wouldn’t have survived without it.”

“That’s where you’re wrong,” Mary spat. “We survived in spite of you, not because of you.”

Behind her, the other combatants began to stir. Lien slowly sat up, clutching her ribs. Leona pushed herself up, her breathing labored but steady. Isis groaned as she came to her senses. They had all suffered, but they were still alive—though forever changed by the tournament.

Morioka’s expression darkened slightly as he sensed their growing defiance. “You should be grateful. You were chosen to become something more, something greater. Together, we can change the face of combat. Think of the possibilities, the glory you can achieve.”

Blue Mary shook her head. “This isn’t glory. It’s madness.” She took a step toward him, her fists still clenched. “You think you can control us, but you’re wrong. We’ve seen what you are, and we’re done playing your game.”

Morioka smirked, unfazed by her words. “You forget, Mary. I control the technology that gave you your power. Without me, you are nothing.”

But before he could continue, there was a sudden burst of movement. Leona, recovering her strength, lunged at Morioka, her hand raised in a powerful strike. Her Orochi blood flared within her, fueled by the rage she had kept bottled up for so long. Morioka barely had time to react before Leona’s fist connected with his chest, sending him staggering backward.

Isis quickly followed suit, her phantom hands—Amanda—grabbing hold of Morioka’s arms, restraining him. Lien moved in next, delivering a brutal kick to his side, knocking him to the ground.

Blue Mary stood over him, her eyes filled with cold resolve. “This is over, Morioka. You’re done controlling us.”

Lien, still catching her breath, shot him a glare. “What happens now? Are we just your puppets?”

Isis laughed, brushing off the question. “We’re not just toys for you to play with, Morioka. We are more than that now.”

Leona stepped forward, her posture strong and defiant. “Whatever your plans are, know this: we won’t be your pawns. We have our own agendas.”

Dr. Morioka raised an eyebrow, intrigued by their defiance. “Pawns? Perhaps. But you’re also champions. With your skills and the enhancements I’ve provided, you have the potential to become so much more. Imagine the power you could wield together.”

Lien shook her head. “We didn’t fight to become part of your twisted experiments. We fought for ourselves.”

As Morioka lay on the ground, gasping for breath, the scientists and medical team hesitated, unsure of what to do. They had never seen such defiance from the fighters before.

“Take him away,” Mary said, her voice commanding. The medical team scrambled to obey, dragging Morioka away from the arena. His once-confident expression was replaced with a mixture of shock and fear.

With Morioka gone, the arena fell into an uneasy silence. The combatants, though battered and exhausted, stood together. They had fought against each other, but now they were united in their desire for freedom.

“We’re free now,” Leona said, her voice soft but resolute.

Blue Mary nodded. “Yeah. But we have to make sure it stays that way.”

As the group left the arena together, they knew that their lives would never be the same. The memories of the tournament, the battles, the bloodshed, and the transformations would haunt them forever. But they had survived. And now, they would fight for their own futures, no longer bound by Morioka’s twisted experiments.

For Blue Mary, the victory was more than just winning the tournament. It was a chance to reclaim her life and her identity. And she would make sure that no one else would ever be subjected to the horrors of Dr. Morioka’s tournament again.

The tournament may have ended, but their journey had just begun.
