Model
The model for February is Niki, wearing regular clothing, because Valentine's Day is coming soon, and I'll have her wear clothes for dating.
The background for this video set will be very different from before because I can finally use the place I mention earlier, that's why I didn't post anything until I got confirmation that it was available. However, since Niki won't be free to shoot until next week, the release date will also be delayed, but I plan to temporarily put aside other work and aim to complete and release all videos by the 14th.
Niki will soon be able to shoot independently, but since the camera I prepared for her only shoots 5K60, The videos set she is responsible for shooing will not be available in 8K, still I'm quite looking forward to it. Now that she can shoot on her own, I'm also considering offering custom video services, but since I'll still handle the post-production, I need a bit more time to think it through.
Reward changes
Actually, I had wanted to change the reward as early as 2019. The original intent of the revision was to reduce the workload of distributing videos to each member, but it ultimately wasn't implemented. Now I'd rather distribute rewards directly to each member, because some paid members shared their account or cookies with a certain website that actually copied all the posts here onto their platform.
The purpose of this adjustment is to reduce the workload for both the models and myself. After all, I've heard from several models that while this job is relatively easy and low stress, the actual working hours are excessively long, that's why you'll notice their facial expressions appear quite stiff in some of the videos.
Additionally, over the past few months, video release dates have been pushed back further and further. I've been wanting to move the release date back to the 5th, but due to other work commitments, I haven't been able to make it happen.
So I believe we should consider reducing the number of video clips per set, or shortening the length of each clip, or both. If the number of clips reduced, the reward for each tier will also need to be adjusted accordingly, I guess some members may be dissatisfied with this change.
Option 1 (Shortening video duration and reducing the number of clips per set)
Each set contains 10 clips, each approximately 10 mins long.
LV 1 ($10) reward: 2 regular clips
LV 2 ($20) reward: 4 regular clips
LV 3 ($30) reward: 6 regular clips
LV 4 ($40) reward: 8 regular clips / Photos
LV 5 ($50) reward: 10 regular clips / S18K clip / Photos
Although there will be a loss in quantity, the lighter workload for the models should also enhance the overall quality of the show, after all, they'll be happier. And if the final decision is to reduce the number of videos, I will consider shooting all videos in 8K. (except for the Giantess video due to camera limitations).
Option 2 (Shortening video duration)
Each set contains 13 clips, each approximately 10 mins long.
LV 1 ($10) reward: 3 regular clips
LV 2 ($20) reward: 6 regular clips
LV 3 ($30) reward: 9 regular clips
LV 4 ($40) reward: 12 regular clips / Photos
LV 5 ($50) reward: 12 regular clips / S18K clip / Photos
To maintain 13 clips while reducing their working hours, each camera angle can shoot barefoot and footwear versions, which has always been the practice, shoes or socks lover will also be happier.
The video set of Feb2026 will go with Option 2 first.
New tier
LV 6 ($60) reward: LV5 reward + Giantess version
Since Niki can't shoot Giantess videos, LV6 will not be published for the time being.
After I began producing Giantess version of the regular clips in Dava's set, I've planned to introduce a higher membership tier, but only after ensuring the shooting workflow runs smoothly. After six months of practice, I believe now is the time to roll out this new tier, although LV5 members might feel disappointed. I hope you'll understand it this way, the past six months of giantess videos were a bonus, we're simply reverting to the previous reward structure.
LV4 & LV5
I'm unsure whether to reopen LV4/LV5 levels to new members. I know some new members wanted to join LV5 but couldn't, so they bought videos individually. In the end, the full set became quite expensive for them. Perhaps they just wanted to show support and I'm truly grateful for that, but I couldn't help wondering why they'd pay so much for the entire set. Now that I think back, I've turned into a conspiracy theorist, filled with negative thoughts, all because of those thieves.
Pricing
Due to rising costs, I had considered raising prices for all tiers. However, since the revenue of this project can still sufficiently covers expenses, I've decided to maintain these prices for now (though reducing the number video clips would effectively be a price increase). Moreover, creating these videos has become both a habit and a hobby for me, so I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for enabling me to continue pursuing this hobby.
I noticed someone commented under one of the pirated videos that the prices were too high for him due to lower incomes in his country, and he was glad someone uploaded my videos to YouTube and requesting more uploads. I understand my pricing can't compete with large companies, nor can my content match theirs. But I think the main reason he wanted to watch my videos because of the attractive models, but hiring attractive models costs more.
Passthrough video
By the way, is anyone interested in passthrough videos? Actually, I've tried making some green screen videos using AI masking before, but the quality didn't meet my standards, though it's still enjoyable. The only way to achieve a good result is to shoot inside a green background dome + AI masking tool, but that's too difficult for me, so I've been waiting for the masking tool to improve, and it has improved but not perfect, just not sure if it's good enough to be released as a paid reward, and if I decide to make passthrough video, I will add LV7 for it.

I understand the need to reduce workload for the models and improve overall quality, and I could have accepted a reduction in video duration for that reason alone. That part is reasonable and understandable. What I struggle to accept is the combination of that reduction with an additional $10 required to keep access to Giantess content that had effectively been included at LV5 for months. From a subscriber’s perspective, this feels like paying more while receiving less. This is even harder to justify considering that the Giantess content is not exclusive footage, but the same regular clips presented in a Giantess version. While I understand that post-production still takes time, the core material remains identical. Describing past Giantess access as a “bonus” doesn’t fully reflect how it was experienced by long-term supporters. Over time, it became part of the perceived value of LV5. From the perspective of a long-time supporter who eventually chose the higher tiers, this change represents both a price increase and a reduction in overall value. I respect the work you do, but for me, this particular change is not acceptable.

Yes, I've already come up with some ideas for Nis's shoot, and we may also invite members to participate. Shortening the working hours is not only beneficial for the models, but also for me, and I've always wanted to move the release date back to 5th. But I just received an email from Patreon that Apple is forcing all creators to revert to their subscription plans again, which means the release date may differ after the plan change. Before deciding whether to create passthrough video, I will first make a short clip for members to see if they like it.

This is something what I've always wanted to present to everyone, but for various reasons, it hasn't been possible until now. I know most members like barefoot videos, but I won't cancel the foot wear videos, because members who like foot wear are also important to this project, especially since they tend to give me more suggestions and comments. If we choose Option 1, I will merge the separate barefoot, socks, and shoes videos into one video. Using Rei’s set as an example, E and F will be combined into a single video. Members can still choose between regular videos or giant videos. In fact, this only affects LV5 members, as giantess videos have been included in their rewards for the past eight months. Actually, I had originally planned to reduce the number of video clips by filming giant versions of regular videos. However, replacing the regular videos with these felt a bit like cheating, so I abandoned the idea. Plus, LV4 and LV5 had just been closed to new members at the time, so I just added them to the LV5 rewards as I wasn't sure whether to stop shooting the giantess version or keep going, but gradually realized quite a few people liked them, so I continued shooting until now. Please rest assured, the price will not change in 2026 :) Of course, if I decide to make passthrough videos, members can purchase them for additional price just like S1 :)

However, personally, I would prefer Option 1 because I usually like all the videos from A to S (minus the giantess videos). I pick the 8k videos in first place anyways :) Regardless, Niki doing her own shootings in 5k60 still sounds very interesting for different reason. The idea of a custom video sounds interesting too in case it would be somewhat affordable ;) However, I don't really care about the duration, so Option 2 wouldn't make any difference to me - no difference isn't bad here ;) But I also believe that the videos may get even more enjoyable when the models have an easier time. So all good. I actually don't even download the Giantess videos because my brain/perception can absolutely not deal with those in VR :) If you seperate those, again, no difference to me and I just keep lvl 5. All good. I also wouldn't be interested in passthrough.

For me she is a staple of this project and it's nice to know that she is getting more active with it. I'm excited to see how the sets shoot by her will turn out. I hope it will do well, to keep her motivated into trying new things. I know for sure that I will keep supporting her. ---------------------- I'm fine with shortening video durations. They always did feel a little bit lengthy anyway to be honest, making the models actions feel a little more repetitive too. Option 2 seems preferable to me, since we still get some good video variety, and as a footwear lover I appreciate that, the fact that those type of videos won't get cut off. Keeping the models happy should be the priority. I do agree that it could significantly improve the quality of the show, making them more active, and maybe more creative with their movements during videos. I also always look forward to see any unique facial expressions. Those rare smirks and mean looks enhance the experience for me a lot. So if we get more of those thanks to the changes then that would already be a huge positive. Regarding Option 1: Do you already have an idea which video types would have to be cut off if going for this option? ---------------------- So if I understand correctly, choosing between regular and Giantess versions won't be a thing anymore? Is there a way we can still get those for additional price, without having LV 6? Because I usually go for those when picking videos. ---------------------- The pricing seems good to me. I wouldn't say it's too expensive considering that this always feel like a premium content, and there isn't anything quite like this available otherwise, not of this quality. But if you decide to increase it a little in the future that would be understandable. Everything is going up afterall, you would just match the costs. Although I guess it's fine as it is for now, since we will technically get less content. ---------------------- Introducing passthrough videos in the future seems interesting. I may be inclined to check them out if we will be able to get them for additional price too, without LV 7.

2026-01-28 21:45:08 +0000 UTCHmm, when comes to production, I would be fine either way, I have my favored videos that I end up returning to, so fewer videos probably would not be that huge of a deal for the long term. If we end up having shorter videos, it is also fine. It just means that the next favorite video will be shorter. Anyway, I don't mind these options, as these also make working for this project a more appealing gig for the girls. On the Giantess videos, I don't mind them being in a different tier. I consider myself to be quite "vanilla" when it comes to this project's overall theme. So I'm more generally into the camera interactions. Passtrough video seems interesting, but I probably would just end up enjoying the regular VR video more. Overall, I think your videos have good production quality. I like the somewhat experimental nature of some of the videos, also appreciate that Niki seems to be ambitious when it comes to being on camera and has made me go "Woah!" a couple of times with her actions. I still find myself thinking that video with the angle bracelet, dint expect it but clad to have witnessed it. Keep up the good work!

2026-01-28 18:59:51 +0000 UTCI'll try to keep each set at 13 clips so most members have more options. Honestly, for a 15 mins video, most models just repeat the same movement over and over. Shortening the video length may make it less repetitive for viewers, and the models will also be happier.

In fact, the most time consuming part of post-production is audio processing. Since the videos were filmed in a hotel, it's inevitable that sounds from outside room will be present. Unfortunately, if there are noisy guests in the adjacent room, removing and reducing those noises will consume a significant amount of time. This is one of the reasons I hope to reduce the number of clips per set. But if we could switch to a new shooting location, this might not be an issue.

Most of the time, I don’t buy videos from categories A, B, C, D, and E. For me, it would be better if those categories were removed and the videos in the categories I like were made longer. However, there are also people who don’t like what I like and who buy videos from the categories I don’t prefer. In my opinion, as a content creator, keeping a wide variety is always better for growing your audience. I also don’t think it’s a problem if the price increases because of the added variety. You already produce much higher-quality videos than other content creators and offer them at a much more affordable price.

If I had done so any later, it would have eventually become part of LV5, although it does appear to be now, but I never actually included them in the description of the LV5 rewards. However, when I replied to your message, I suddenly realized that I could only separate them from LV5 but couldn't create an LV6 level for them, because Ni couldn't capture g-version video clips, even though she had a modified camera, operating two cameras simultaneously still seemed a bit difficult for her. As for S1, I hope the new shooting location will open up more possibilities for this project :)

Personally, even though I pay for L5 I don't actually watch all the clips because I'm not into shoes or stomping (I changed to L5 because I was paying the extra for S1 every month so it was almost the same price anyway), so I wouldn't be against reducing number if clips if they didn't include those. Then again, that would be unfair to people who did like those clips so that's not really a suitable solution. I do think sometimes the clips don't need to be as long (though it is very nice to have!) so maybe that's better?
