2024-09-22 07:35:44 +0000 UTCThe not giving the Listener anyone to practice with seemed really cheap, but the reassurances sprinkled in there helped to sooth some of that very bruised ego and shame. I definitely sympathized with the Listener in a lot of ways in terms of being embarrassed, anxious about being publicly shamed or mocked. So I admit that I also had to cheat and skip ahead to the last few minutes to confirm the the genuine care/protectiveness from the Rival. Gods know that anyone who decided to even try to bully the Listener over the collar or anything would only make the mistake once 😆 This was a real treat. Would definitely make a good mini series, as well.
