Okay honestly part of me hopes that the three get into a polyamorous relationship. I mean Kat obviously still has feelings for Kian (although also tied to the negative impact of him leaving) and is in a healthy relationship with Mirah. So part of me wants Kat to be able to leave Kian in the past because of the negative impact he had, but part of me also wants the possibility for them to be in a polyamourous relationship.
