Tex, Save voice as needed. A funny story you might appreciate, then a related question. I use Battletech references fairly often when talking to my friends, having gotten into the setting since finding your videos. However, I never knew that Aleksandr Kerensky was a real life historical figure until you mentioned it on one of the podcast episodes. The funny part is that one of my friends is a major history buff and had thought I was referring to the real life person every time I mentioned him. This in turn lead to us discussing other real-life parallels that Battletech has, such as large, well-equipped, well-organized militaries struggling against smaller forces engaging in defense in-depth, scorched-earth defense, and being supported by the native population. This lead me to wondering what other kind of historical, real life parallels Battletech has that I might not be aware of, as well as wanting to ask you: What are some of your favorite references to real life historical events and people in fictional settings, Battletech and otherwise? I very much look forward to all of the upcoming releases, and fully support the "coming when it is done" mentality of production that you and your team have. Art is important, but it should never come at the expense of the people making it. I would rather see one or two quality productions a year and know that you and your people are enjoying the work and your lives than get more, lower quality content at the cost of people's well-being.

I was relistening to the podcast you did from Cleveland and found myself laughing at all the things everyone said that seemed bewildering, bc I immediately thought, "Yeah that's Ohio..." also I refuse to forgive Cincinnati for Skyline "Chili" I may be in the minority for this, but would you ever consider doing a breakdown of a TTBT as far as cost and production goes? Kind of showing the community a video of how the sausage is made? At any rate be well and keep moving onward

There is a company called Kunaki that specializes in manufacture-on-demand DVD printing. They can print as little as one individual DVD at a time including box art and disc art. They can also handle sales and shipping. Maybe worth looking into as an alternate distro and funding stream for collectors of your works.
